The attack on them grew intense, as Ocho pressured Arthur, the person himself was soon backed into a corner, as he crashed through multiple compartments, before he finally stopped at the pile of wooden box shipment.
The moment he crashed into that, Ocho begun rushing towards him, forcing Arthur to quickly stand up and sent multiple sword waves at her.
Unfortunately his attacks were way to slow and its interval were way too wide. They may be powerful but faced with Ocho's speed, they are practically useless.
What's more Ocho herself doesn't just have inhumane speed, rather she also have immense strength that she rarely showcase. But on this war she can go all out and reveal her hidden strength.
Gripping the huge container in the air with her nails, Ocho then threw the container towards Arthur, only for it to get sliced in half by Arthur's swing. However instead of such swing give chance for Arthur to counter attack, it actually gave opening for Ocho to exploit, as she suddenly dropped down a kick towards him like a missile, which was only barely blocked by Arthur's sword.
This attack sent him back by a couple of blocks, only to get attacked again as Ocho trapped him in a ricochet sphere and attacked him from all direction.
Enduring the attack from Ocho with all his might, Arthur detonated the gathered mana within inside of himself, causing a massive explosion to occur and actually blow back Ocho by a couple of miles, as she crashed near the sea.
"Lopks like your desperate seeing that you suddenly turned yourself into a bomb"
As Ocho mocked Arthur's struggle, the explosion then soon died down, as all mana suddenly moved towards Arthur and his sword that are already preparing its next attack.
Upon seeing that Arthur was on a stance, Ocho couldn't help but smile once more, as she was planning to kill Arthur after failing to kill Alice and the people on the wall. With the feel of failing twice, she can't afford to fail the third time now.
However unknown to Ocho, Arthur became extremely calm upon entering a stance. Due to the intensity of the battle, Arthur was left no choice but to zone in 100% on the enemy in order to survive. If he wanted to win, then he will need to surpass his limits which can also become detrimental to his body.
But thus situation was not a battle but a war. The moment Ocho was distanced from Arthur, the ships on the sea waiting for this moment, fired off their shots towards the bay, causing a bombardment to ensue which caught Ocho by surprise.
What's more air craft fighter came swooping in, as they fired off their missiles at them while also gunning them down with their bullets. It was a rain of hell for Ocho which was defenseless in this surprise attack.
Unfortunately ordinary bullets and missiles did little to no damage at her despite their destructiveness. However the situation changed when the destroyer ship fired off three Klein missile at her.
After the missile landed by her side and lagged for a bit, an explosion rung out, causing massive damage to the surroundings. As such an attack greatly damaged Ocho's body, she soon stood back up once more full of anger and lashes out range attacks one after another back towards the enemy's ship.
But despite her nimble movement, she still came out wounded as her whole left arm was bleeding down to its fingertips. This in turn opened a blindspot for her giving Arthur a chance to swoop in and attack on the side.
But despite all of that, Ocho still out speed him as she suddenly appeared behind Arthur in a flash, and kicked him down on the ground with all her might, causing a huge crater to appear.
"Did you really think that just having me wounded on my left, would actually expose a weakness on me? Don't play with me, your intention are fully exposed, your like an open book... easy to read"
Just as Ocho was planning to kill Arthur, multitudes of strings suddenly attacked her from afar, forcing Ocho to defend herself with her broken arm. However Greg somehow took advantage of this, as she suddenly appeared beside Ocho all battered up as if he had somehow crawled out from hell, and punched her to the side which gave way for him to chain up a combo of punches towards Ocho.
Greg's presence was quite a surprise. After all he was fighting Sies, a fighter much stronger than Ocho. But despite all that he still managed to escape from fighting Sies and arrived here to provide backup.
After sending Ocho flying away with a series of punches, Greg then backed down as he wrapped Arthur with strings and planning to sent him away.
Naturally Arthur realized what was Greg doing, so despite meaning well he tried his best to get free from Greg's strings.
"What are you doing Greg?"
"I'm sure you can guess my intention young lad! You need to get out of here"
"I don't want too! There are three powerful enemy here, I can't just let you fight them all alone... this is war"
"And I can't let you die yet... your too young, you've yet to enjoy the benefits in living in this world"
"I don't care! Let me go now! Let me fight till the end"
"No... I can't explain it well, but I can assure you... this is not the final battle, and I'm sure your role is important on the final battle itself, so I can't afford to let you die here"
"Stop spouting bullshit!!! I'll report this to head general"
"To Alex? Sure! Tell him to come at me at my grave"
After saying that, he then sent Arthur flying away with his string as Greg was left behind to deal against three sentinels all on his own.
In that moment Sies arrived together with Nueve and Ocho who was injured.
"That was a pretty stupid decision" said by Sies
"Are you really that confident to win agaisnt three of us?" Asked by Nueve
Hearing those question, Greg simply laughed.
"Nope! In fact I'm not even confident in taking at least one of you down"
"Then why the struggle?" Asked by Nueve
"Well that didn't tell me that taking you three down is impossible... its just hard but not impossible"
Hearing Greg's answer both Sies and Ocho mocked his arrogance, while Nueve somehow recalled something in his past as he frowned.
But despite the varying reaction, Greg simply smiled as he gathered the strings towards his body to form a string armor suit on himself which somehow changed his atmosphere.
"At this moment, I will show you the capability of humanity"
