Space mended itself back together. The fragments of space flew back into place and any sign of the black hole was nowhere to be found.

{Way of the Galaxy: Event Horizon} was not a technique that genuinely summoned a black hole. Rather it abused the target's lack of senses to give the illusion of them falling into a black hole. This had two ways to be accomplished.
One, the target lost their senses either through battle wounds or Skills. Two, space itself was ripped apart stunning them into being unable to use any of their senses. When the latter option happens those within shattered space don't actually lose their senses, they're just overwhelmed with how everything feels when space shatters.
