Darius glanced at Lu Xiao Xan as he placed his hand on the left side of his chest, on his heart. His eye's felt watery for an instance. He understood what Lu Xiao Xan was doing to him.
Darius inhaled and exhaled deeply before saying, ''You brat could have warned me before''.
Lu Xiao Xan chuckled as he placed the wine glass back on the table. ''It was fun to enjoy your expressions''.
''And I believe there's some motive behind bringing me here at your favorite hideout''.
''Of course, my dear cousin''. Lu Xiao Xan's eyes spoke it all.
Lu Xiao Xan knew Darius was very protective of his friends, and his loved ones. He kept an eye on Hui Jian Yu to lure Darius. When he saw Hui Jian Yu leaving, he purposely followed him.
Darius on the other hand had already spotted a sneaky man starring at Hui Jian Yu. He found him very suspicious but kept a distance. When he saw him following Jian Yu, he had no choice other than to follow them from behind.
Lu Xiao Xan's plan proved fruitful and he managed to bump into Darius.
''This energy shot was very weird''. Darius pointed.
''You were drunk so I had no choice other than giving you an energy shot to make you sober''.

Lu Xiao Xan cleared his throat when he found Darius staring at him but lost in the deep valleys of his thoughts.
''Xiao Xan, how did you come to know about me?'' Darius asked him.
Lu Xiao Xan laughed a little. ''I had some clues but you confirmed''.
''What?''
''Yes, following that stupid Hui Jian Yu was a very good plan of mine, and then provoking you by flirting with you. I was just trying to confirm my speculations''.
This time Lu Xiao Xan got up and walked toward the bedside drawer. He took out a file and walked back to the sofa.
Placing the file in front of Darius, Lu Xiao Xan spoke, ''You are the great Wan Zemin's son, Wan Tian''.

Lu Xiao Xan examined Wan Tian's face. He was handsome and wealthy but vicious. He was looking different from his old self right now.
''Hui Jian Yu wasn't able to recognize because that idiot can't even remember his biological mother properly. What's your motive behind coming back when the four families had split ways long ago?''
''What's my motive?'' Wan Tian laughed mockingly as he took out a cigarette and lighter from his pocket and lit the cigarette. ''I have to win the upcoming elections and my success is destined''.
''So your father is allowing you to stand?''
Wan Tian nodded his head. ''Lu Qiao Yan will represent 'The great Lu's', right?''
Lu Xiao Xan quietly nodded his head.

Wan Tian laughed loudly.
