Perhaps due to losing both eyes and suddenly being unable to see, the Level 7 zombie began self-mutation! The flesh along its spine exploded outward on both sides, and countless thin, blood-red threads erupted densely from within its body! From Ghost Head and the others' perspective, it looked as though the zombie's internal organs were composed entirely of these blood-red threads!
The torn flesh extended from its spine all the way to the back of its head. Then, the blood-red threads and chunks of flesh that emerged started wrapping back inward. In a matter of moments, the dark-red Level 7 zombie was transformed into a blood-soaked monstrosity!
"What the hell is it doing?!"
An indescribable sense of dread spread through everyone's heart. Brother Shi instinctively slapped Ghost Head on the shoulder and shouted, "Ma De, stop staring! Run now!"
