Watching the world slowly return to normal Rias realized she was given this opportunity to think how she was going to do this, so preparing her magic circle she casted a thought acceleration spell. 'Okay so Riser and his last two members there's a few ways I can win this, because of my increased control I have a lot more options. Firstly, to take care of Riser I could a construct of destruction energy that continuously damages him preventing him escaping and using up his magical energy to regenerate something like an Iron Maiden. But that's only suitable if I want to fully reveal myself, I have no explanation and I don't think Ashtart would want me to reveal her. I could try instantly taking out Both his other Units at once then having two versus one situation, that can be explained away as a burst of emotions even if it may look suspicious not that many people are watching this and they have no proof of otherwise. I don't really need a specific strategy for the other two Riser's other pieces, ah, Ravel isn't a combatant she's basically just here to be here, So I truly only need to take care of Yubelluna, his queen. I guess it's decided then." Finishing her plan Rias turned off her thought acceleration spell and went back to the spot she was standing in before the entire fiasco with Ashtart, right Infront of Issei who was holding Asia's unconscious body with her hand propped up in defense. Breathing in and closing her eyes she centered herself. "I'm ready"
"Ready for what Rias? To finally give up? This is already a checkmate in my favor, your last two pieces can't possibly win, both injured and one isn't even a combatant, this is all useless." Rias hears Risers snarky remark as the world unfreezes, it gave her a sort of comfort to know the world hasn't changed. Yubelluna, Riser's Queen, floats from the sky to stand behind her master after her previous sneak attack on Issei and Asia.
Seeing the position that they are in Rias was silently happy, 'Perfect'.
"No Riser, I'm not ready to give up, no, What I am ready for is to finally take revenge for all this Torment! Now take this!" A with a raise of her hand a magic circle the size of the Gremory heirs' entire body was revealed and from it came a concentrated beam of black and deep crimson energy the width of a human body, The Bael family power of destruction. Riser seeing the beam wasn't worried, it was the same power level as all of Rias's previous attacks just a bit bigger, Infront of him a magic barrier formed though he knew it wouldn't fully block the attack it should lower the power enough to casually regenerate from it.
With a twist of her palm the beam once the size of a person shrank to a width smaller than that of a pencil, the power concentrated into a fine point, the power to destroy with the cutting power of the sharpest blades. The concentrated beam instantly pierced straight through Risers Barrier and straight through him "Wha- What!?" But she wasn't finished with just that, with a flick of her wrist to the right the beam cut both him and his Queen in half.

To Sona Sitri this didn't feel right, Rias has never shown that much control over her power of destruction almost ever, especially not in a combat scenario. "Somethings off, if she was capable of that this entire time what did she only now show it? Did she want to keep it as a secret move for that exact situation? That doesn't seem likely." Sona's Voice full of suspicion and questioning spread like a wave in the student counsel room.
Tsubaki Shinra the Student council vice president and Sona's queen piece responded in kind to Sona's disbelief "Yes, something about this entire thing does feel extremely strange, she went from using regular blasts to using a concentrated beam capable of piercing straight through a high-class level barrier with seemingly no power loss. But really it just means they have a good chance of winning now."

Rias let out a haggard breath and lowered her arm shakily. 'Pretending to be exhausted is harder than I thought it'd be'. Behind her she heard the worried voice of Issei from behind "President, are you okay!?". Slightly Turning just enough to still keep an eye on the slowly recovering Riser, she saw her pawn slowly walking towards her. He had laid Asia down on the floor and rushed over when he saw Rias's staggered posture. Looking at him Rias realizes that her previous plan of a two versus one won't really work because of issei's injured state, he'd be nothing but a liability.
"Oh, Issei, I'm fine just a little winded from that attack just now don't worry about me. But right now, I have a task for you, take Asia to safety and make sure to keep Ravel away from the fight between Riser and I she isn't a combatant so even in your injured state you should be able to keep her away, I'll take Riser myself. " Rias briefly explained her current plan. Issei though apprehensive looking at Rias's serious expression and clear resolve he simply turned around and walked back to Asia's prone body and stated, "Just make sure to be careful president..." Seeing him walk away Rias once more fully faced towards the now fully recovered Riser.
Riser's face was mix of pure fury and intrigue, throughout the entire fight Rias had shown no signs of being capable of what she had just done, he had fully come into this with no expectations of her being able to fight back against him in any meaningful way. "So, my dear Rias what was that just now? You must have trained extremely hard over the past ten days to develop something on that level, congratulations." But with a smug smile he continues "But even that won't be enough to defeat me, your previous shot was just a lucky hit I won't let that happen agai-" and before he could continue his monologue a crimson and black beam pierced straight through his mouth and then proceeded cut down vertically, splitting Riser in two once more.
"Riser, you talk way too much. Frankly I've become sick and tired of you, this move isn't something I wanted to show here as it is not yet complete but that won't matter if I lose this, so from here prepare yourself because I'll be coming at you with everything I have." Infront of her once more two magic circles appeared, though much smaller than the previous ones aren't much weaker. Riser who was once more fully recovered realizing that this isn't going to be a fight where he can continuously just take every hit instantly jumps into the air and spread his fiery wings while firing a stream of fire at Rias.
While continuously producing a stream of fire on Rias, Riser began to think on the situation 'I can't keep using so much energy on such extensive recovery, I'm not sure how much energy she has left, she has her energy signature completely locked down. Wait what is that' From the within his own stream of fire he sees a red gleam and the instant he saw it he immediately dove out of its path.
In an instant a crimson beam pierced through the flames but only slightly clipped Riser's right wing. However, remember, there were two magic circles. Another beam pierced through the sky and instantly cut through Riser's sloppily prepared defenses, though it would've even if they were properly prepared. As the beam cut Riser apart once again rather than simply stopping at that Rias chose to this time detonate the compact Lazer of destruction. Like a firework the explosion lit up the sky consuming Riser's entire body in its wrath.
Falling to her knee's Rias continued to act tired. 'Well, he's not out of the fight just yet as his defeat wasn't announced, regularly I'd only have one or two more of those in me, so I have to make these count. All that regeneration is definitely taking a toll on his energy as well.' Slowly rising back to her legs once more, she watches as Risers slowly regenerating body falls from the sky, though he was nothing but a head and torso. Unfurling her wings she flies over to his basically defenseless body.
As she landed, she instantly conjured two rod like objects made of her power of destruction and stabbed them through Riser's arms and spoke to him. "Give up Riser, you have no way to defend against my attacks, and you used too much energy regenerating from my previous weaker attacks, you're running on empty right now." throughout her sentence she could see his smug face remain unchanged.
"My dear Rias while it's true that I can't defend against your attacks I clearly held out long enough for you to be out of energy, why would you speak to me otherwise?" His voice a jarring pitch of pure arrogance, so much confidence, so assured that there was nothing more Rias could do. Soon however he will realize that underestimating someone who was desperate was never a good idea.
Hearing Risers confident words and tone shadows fall over Rias's face, her once clench fists go slack and she lets out a breath she herself didn't know she was holding in, and then she laughed. A high guttural laugh, something you'd only hear from someone who's about to go insane. "Riser, you truly underestimate the lengths I would go to, to not marry you." Rias slowly hovered her hand over Risers body. from her palm a wave of her power of destruction formed, and Rias began to pour "everything" she had left into it and condensed it into a fine dark crimson star like orb. "I, Win."
"Rias wait I gi-!"
And right as she fired and detonated the orb, she heard a deep voice call out, "TRANSFER". alongside the deep voice she hears the shout of another call out "GET HIM PRESIDENT!" hearing the voice of her pawn Rias lets out a small smile. The Star of Destruction amplified by the power of multiple boosts erased everything in its path, Nothing of Risers body remained, not a hide nor hair. It created a hole so deep the bottom couldn't be seen, the explosion it released rocketed into the sky brightening the sky and dying it a crimson red.

As her vision returns to normal Rias noticed that she was back in her club room and looking around she saw it empty of everyone except Issei and the still knocked out Asia. Walking to her desk she immediately through herself onto it and released a heavy sigh. "It's finally over. I'm finally free." and with those words' tears flowed freely from her eyes, a wide smile formed. "I'M FINALLY FREEE!"

{A/N} Well, that's the end of the second chapter, next chapter will likely be the week after next week because my graduation is next week and I'll also be moving directly after. And as stated in the previous chapter you guys can recommend things like powers to add to the wheel that you may want to see, things for Rias to do, and worlds you may want to see, any DC or Marvel world is off the table as I'm not interested in writing about them whatsoever.
