Clyde and Asqa emerged into the dark sky of Sivagadh Fortress.
Asqa feels like the air here had a distinct texture. It feels thicker, almost humming with controlled magical density.
The moment their feet touched solid ground conjured beneath them by Clyde's magical power, Asqa's eyes widened in awe.
From their vantage point high above, she could see the full sprawl of the fortress-dimension laid out below. It was a sprawling sanctuary suspended within a contained darkness-like void and looked as if a patchwork world had been stitched together from fragments of a thousand others.
"This is…" Asqa muttered, breath caught in her throat. "Incredible."
Clyde simply nodded.
Down below, sections of the fortress radiated outward in concentric layers, each of them were shaped by the culture that had helped build it.
The central district resembled a modern Earth cityscape. It filled with sleek high-rise towers of steel and glass interlaced with garden rooftops and solar spires.
