Back in the med bay Jasmine was walking towards Alex.
"I know that you're wondering why I helped you out", said Jasmine.
I looked at Jasmine and smiled.
"No, not really", I said. "I try my best not to look a gift horses in the mouth."
Jasmine laughed then continued speaking while smiling.
"That's a nice attitude to have, I really appreciate it", but the next moment the smile on her face disappeared. "But I'm serious, why do you think I helped you?"
'She seems to seriously want me to answer', I thought while frowning. 'Whatever I'll just say anything.'
I smiled and put my hand against my face.
"Well, maybe it's because of my dashing looks?"
The smile on Jasmine's face disappeared and was replaced with slight disgust.
