After exchanging punches, Arthur and the Hulk were sent flying upside down.
"Roar~~~"
The Hulk quickly got back on his feet, his anger overpowering the inhibitor given by Dr. Lan.
He charged at Arthur once again.
"It seems we can't go head-to-head!"
Arthur rubbed his sore arm.
He decided to exploit the Hulk's weakness, which was speed. In the cinematic universe, the Hulk is fast, but compared to Arthur, who possessed the power of the rabbit charm, it was like night and day.
In an instant, Arthur vanished from the Hulk's sight.
"Hulk!"
The Hulk, rushing forward, witnessed his target disappear and let out an angry roar.
Meanwhile, Arthur had already appeared behind the Hulk, delivering a powerful punch that broke the sound barrier. A harsh sonic boom followed as the punch struck the Hulk's back.
"Roar!"
Initially, the Hulk was able to withstand Arthur's punch, but now it only caused him to take a step back. He turned his head, roared, and patted his back in a display of disdain.
"You're just pretending!"
Arthur shouted in rage and began launching a series of punches and kicks at the Hulk with incredible speed.
The Hulk couldn't keep up with Arthur's agility and could only cross his arms in front of his head to defend himself against the onslaught.
"Bang bang bang bang bang!"
The Hulk was repeatedly pushed back by the relentless assault, but Arthur's attacks didn't manage to inflict any damage. Instead, they fueled the Hulk's anger, causing him to grow even larger, reaching a height of 5 meters in an instant.
Resisting countless combos, the Hulk raised his fists high and brought them crashing down. But Arthur swiftly evaded the attack.
"Boom—"
The tremendous force created a massive crater, and cracks spread throughout the entire street.
The Hulk's eyes turned completely red, a clear sign of his complete fury.
'It seems it's getting out of hand. If this continues, he'll become uncontrollable!'
Arthur pondered to himself.
With lightning speed, Arthur disappeared and reappeared behind the Hulk. Before the Hulk could react, Arthur grabbed his feet and invoked the "magic power of love, go round and round!" He swung the Hulk like a windmill, spinning him around before flinging him high into the air.
"Roar!"
The Hulk, deprived of his ability to fly, struggled to regain his composure as he soared through the air.
"Enjoy the ride!"
Arthur clasped his hands together, causing the debris from the surrounding ruins—unmanned cars, fragments of destroyed houses, and concrete from the ground—to lift into the air. The objects crashed into the Hulk, sticking to his body. As more objects collided with him, they attached to the ones already stuck, gradually forming a sphere tens of meters in diameter that trapped the Hulk securely inside. No matter how powerful the Hulk was, he couldn't escape the entrapment.
"Earth Explosion Star!"
Arthur playfully cosplayed as Hokage.
"Oh my god!"
"Is this a miracle? It's power that only a god should possess!"
"Honey, come out and witness this godlike spectacle!"
"Superman!" "Superman!" "Superman!"
Onlookers on the street watched in awe as this astonishing scene unfolded. Someone eventually shouted "Superman," and the crowd echoed the name with fervor.
Arthur finally experienced the feeling of having tens of thousands of passionate fans chanting his name in unison.
"Stop! Don't hurt him, he can't control himself!"
The current grammar of the fan fiction novel can be improved for clarity and coherence. Here's the revised version:
A defiant voice resonated from the helicopter hovering
above as Bruce Banner's girlfriend couldn't bear to see the Hulk suffer.
Arthur ignored the voice, knowing that his current strength wouldn't allow him to kill the Hulk even if he wanted to.
Controlling the sphere, Arthur viciously threw it towards an empty area in the suburbs. If the Hulk ended up there, he wouldn't pose a threat of exploding and hurting people. As long as no one provoked him, he would gradually revert back to Bruce Banner.
"Hero!" "Hero!" "Hero!"
Witnessing the complete defeat of the two monsters, the people on the street erupted in heartfelt cheers. They then gathered around Arthur, forming a crowd.
"Superman! Can you sign my notebook?"
a group of people shouted, holding out their pens and notebooks.
"Mr. Superman! Are you free tonight? Let's grab a drink!"
a provocative blonde beauty suggested.
"Uncle Superman! Uncle Superman! Can you come to my house? My mommy cooks delicious food!"
a cute baby in a woman's arms exclaimed in a childish voice.
As an otaku in his previous life, Arthur had never experienced such a scene, so he naturally relished the cheers. Shouldn't a hero be impervious to fame and wealth? I can come to you!
"Thank you! Thank you all for your love!"
Arthur exclaimed, waving his hands like a prominent leader.
"Clear the way, everyone! Clear the way!"
A group of reporters with cameras pushed through the crowd and approached Arthur's side.
"Hi, sir! I am xxx, a reporter from the New York Times. What is your name? Why do you appear here? Are you a mutant or a Kryptonian? Why are your abilities so similar to Superman in the comics?" the reporter bombarded him with questions.
Arthur found himself in a difficult situation. He knew that he wasn't from this world, and being considered an alien would complicate matters.
"System, please make sure my hacker identity remains undisclosed!" Arthur asked anxiously.
"[Host, there's no need to worry. The system has already provided you with an established identity in this world. Everyone will perceive you as a native, so there's no need to fear exposure,]" the system reassured him.
"Everyone? Does that include the Ancient One, Odin, Thanos, and even the ancient gods of the universe?" Arthur asked, surprised.
"[Yes, host, everyone]," the system responded unequivocally.
"The system is truly remarkable!" Arthur marveled.
Feeling relieved, Arthur realized that if the powerful entity behind the system could outmaneuver such formidable beings and send him to this world, then his own strength must surpass that of the world's inhabitants. It was inconceivable for the system's plug-in to be anything less than formidable.
With this newfound confidence, Arthur smiled at the camera and declared,
"Hello, everyone! I am a hero driven by my passion!"
