Humans are fragile, both pitiful and pathetic.
Despite having eyes and ears, a mind and wisdom, the masses won't think independently. Most people would rather naively believe rumors, follow the crowd, accept commands without question, than verify for themselves, think, and try to trust each other.
Because everyone is weak.
Because of weakness, one feels confused. Fearful of confusion, they choose the easier path to understand. It is neither right nor wrong, but an unavoidable outcome.
