I saw the throne and the four living creatures,
and among the Elders stood a Lamb,
as if it had been slain,
having Seven Horns and Seven Eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
This is a passage from Revelation, where the Seven Horns and Seven Eyes represent the seven seals. When all seven seals are opened, seven angels sound their trumpets, receiving seven bowls filled with God's wrath, pouring them onto the earth, bringing about numerous calamities, and commencing the final judgment.
