Heather was dazed for a moment, calming her emotions.
Suddenly, there was a "thud thud thud" sound from the window. Turning her head, she saw Lucia hanging by a steel wire outside the window.
Heather waved her hand inward, signaling her to come in freely, the window was open.
She was not afraid of Lucia.
She must have chosen this route because Lake was guarding outside the door, and without Li Sinian's orders, she could not enter.
Lucia pushed the window, and indeed, pushed it open, and jumped in from the outside, landing lightly on the ground.
Lucia looked at Heather, sized her up, and sneered, "What, you're not afraid I might kill you?"
"When he wasn't awake was the best time to act. If you didn't kill me then, why now? Trying to assassinate me isn't new for you; why personally take action now and so boldly in broad daylight? You want me dead, not to die together with me."
