He pursed his lips and, after a moment of contemplation, asked, "Zhuo Yi, have you ever liked anyone?"
Zhuo Yi chuckled, casually placing a hand on his shoulder, "Of course, I like you a lot."
Si Ye shrugged off his hand, his face half darkened.
Zhuo Yi was always flippant, Si Ye knew he loved to joke, but he certainly didn't appreciate being the butt of his jokes.
"I'm talking about women. Have you liked any women?"
Zhuo Yi paused for a moment, thought seriously for a while, and shook his head, "I've liked many women, but the kind of liking you're talking about, probably none."
Si Ye turned his head, looking puzzled, and asked, "Do you know which kind of liking I'm talking about?"
