This sudden change immediately left the Beast Masters from the Haunted Marsh, who had been eager to see Charles fail, stunned. Their eyes widened in disbelief as they stared at the seven-colored light emanating from the stone pillar beneath Charles's feet, and they began to discuss in astonishment:
"How is this possible? Charles hasn't contracted a Light attribute mystical beast! How is he able to make the stone pillar react like the other Light attribute Beast Masters?"
"Am I seeing things?"
"No, it's possible that being a Light attribute Beast Master isn't the only requirement to make the seven-colored light appear on the pillar. Maybe there are other factors we don't know about—if they're met, the pillar will react with the seven-colored light!"
At once, several Beast Masters who weren't Light attribute Beast Masters became excited.
