Richard wasn't able to keep his composure for much longer after that, his pheromones spreading and tiredness overcoming him. Dr. Liu came in, helping Richard back while making sure he was okay as he laid back down. Andrew said his goodbyes, said that they would talk about this more over the next coming days, before he left the room.
Outside, Maxwell was still working away, a small smile on his face when he spotted Andrew. Andrew came to stand near him and watched as Maxwell appeared to finish what he was working on and close the laptop.
"How was your chat with Richard?" He asked and Andrew sighed.
"Emotional." He admitted and Maxwell reached out, grabbing Andrew's hand for a second to give it a squeeze.
"I can only imagine. Do you feel better? Does he?" Maxwell asked and Andrew swallowed. He glanced back at the room where Richard had fallen asleep, Dr. Liu was checking on a few things while the man was unconscious.
