As they walked along the road, Tsunade and Tōshirō casually exchanged some information.
"So, you're saying you don't have to stay in the Forest of Death anymore?" Tsunade asked.
Tōshirō nodded. "Tsunade, there's something I want to talk to you about."
"What is it?"
Tōshirō took a deep breath. "Remember last time, when I mentioned living together?"
Tsunade: ???
Tōshirō chuckled. "Did you think I was joking?"
Given his current situation, it didn't really matter if he revealed his relationship with Tsunade now or later. It was better to move in together and be prepared.
Tsunade blushed slightly. She had been mentally prepared, but now that the day had actually come, she still felt a bit embarrassed. "When are you planning to move in?"
Tōshirō answered eagerly, "How about today?"
Tsunade was surprised. "That fast?"
With a wide grin, Tōshirō replied, "Because I can't wait to live with you."
Tsunade bit her lip slightly, her tone a bit shy but sweet. "You want to live with me that badly?"
Tōshirō nodded enthusiastically.
"Well... alright then. Go bring your stuff over. Starting today... we'll officially begin living together."
Tsunade lowered her head, embarrassed but also feeling a weight lifted from her shoulders.
Finally, they didn't have to sneak around. She could be openly together with Tōshirō.
There would probably be rumors, but she was ready to face them—with him.
As the two of them walked and planned their future, they completely failed to notice Fugaku happily tagging along behind them.
Focused entirely on Tsunade, Tōshirō had even forgotten someone was with him.
"Huh? Fugaku, you're still here?"

"You heard me. I'm moving," Tōshirō said casually.
"What about our training?" Fugaku asked. He'd stuck with Tōshirō this whole time because Tōshirō promised to train with him.
Tōshirō frowned. This brat really doesn't get it, huh?

Living with his girlfriend versus hanging out with a kid? Easy choice.
"Fugaku, you're a grown man now. It's time you learned to train on your own."
Tōshirō patted him on the shoulder with a serious look, then grabbed Tsunade's hand and ran off toward his house—leaving Fugaku standing there, windblown and stunned.
Fugaku swayed a bit on his feet. In a daze, he suddenly remembered something.

With no time to mope, he rushed off toward the Konoha Military Police HQ.
Inside the station:
"What's going on? Why are you in such a panic? This isn't like you," the Uchiha clan head said calmly.
"Something big happened!" Fugaku took a deep breath.
The clan head's face showed no emotion. "What is it?"
"It's about Tōshirō."
The clan head's expression shifted slightly. "What about him?"
"He's... recently—no, definitely—started dating someone."
The Uchiha clan head blinked. Tōshirō had only just been released from confinement a few days ago. Already dating?
Well, he was young and full of energy—perfectly normal. The clan head didn't think much of it and responded with indifference, "That's it? Just dating? That's normal. You'll reach that age too."
"I understand, but—" Fugaku started.
The clan head raised a hand, cutting him off. "Fugaku, I've taught you this, haven't I? Stay calm, don't overreact. It makes you look reckless. You're a smart child, I don't need to say more."
"I know, but... the girl Tōshirō is dating isn't ordinary."

"That makes sense," Fugaku nodded. Without realizing it, he was being pulled along by the clan head's reasoning.
"But now I'm curious. What's the girl's name? I'd like to know what kind of girl caught Tōshirō's eye." The clan head sipped his tea. Since Fugaku knew they were dating, he must've seen her and maybe even learned her name.
Fugaku finally found his chance and blurted out, "Tsunade."
"…Tsunade?"
The clan head thought the name sounded familiar but didn't think too much at first. He took another sip of tea and thought to himself, This tea's pretty good.

Suddenly realizing something, the clan head's eyes shot open. He almost choked on his tea.
"Cough cough... Hold up. What did you just say? Tsuna—Tsunade? That Tsunade?!"
Usually calm and composed, even he couldn't stay unfazed at that name.
And for good reason—that name carried a lot of weight.
"Who else would it be? Pretty sure there's only one Tsunade in all of Konoha," Fugaku said matter-of-factly.
The clan head's voice trembled. "You mean the First Hokage's granddaughter?!"
Fugaku nodded firmly. "Exactly her."
The clan head gasped sharply.
He'd originally been thinking of leveraging Tōshirō's power for a future political move… maybe even a coup.
But now?
This guy just straight-up married into the Hokage's family.
"This is… this is unbelievable. Are you sure you didn't mishear?" the clan head asked. He still found it hard to accept—an Uchiha and a Senju, and the girl in question being the First Hokage's granddaughter? It was like something out of a fantasy.
Fugaku reaffirmed, "No mistake. I overheard them talking about moving in together."
"N-NANI?! They're already at that stage?!"
The clan head was stunned.
He already thought Tōshirō was overpowered, what with his three Kekkei Genkai…
But reality had just one-upped his expectations again.
Clearly, their relationship wasn't something recent. If they were already discussing cohabitation, it had likely been going on for quite some time.
If things kept going smoothly between them—and they got married—then Tōshirō becoming the Fourth Hokage would basically be a done deal.
With that thought, the clan head suddenly burst into uncontrollable laughter.

Tōshirō led Tsunade into the Uchiha district, gathered a few belongings, and then headed to Tsunade's house.
He planned to move in gradually. None of his things were particularly valuable, and he wasn't worried about theft.
Before long, he was following Tsunade into her home.
To be honest, this was his first time visiting his girlfriend's place.
Looking around, he noticed immediately that her place was way more luxurious than his.
Inside the house, it was just Tōshirō and Tsunade. As for Nawaki, he was still staying temporarily at Mito's place.
"My house's not too bad, right?"
Tōshirō grinned mischievously. "It's nice… but from now on, this is my house, hehe…"

"What are you doing?" Tsunade looked at him, confused.
"Just having a moment. Girls' rooms really are completely different from guys' rooms."
"Of course! Did you think everyone's room stinks like you gross boys' rooms?" Tsunade retorted, walking a few steps before crouching down in a corner of the room.
From where Tōshirō stood behind her, he could see the full curve of her hips—wide and round, her pants hugging her rear like a perfect full moon. It was borderline erotic. Her slim waist only accentuated the shape. "Bee-stung waist and perky butt" was no exaggeration.
Tsunade, sensing the gaze, spun around and caught his lecherous expression. "Were you just staring at my butt?"
"I wasn't—okay, fine, I was," Tōshirō admitted. He originally wanted to deny it, but the lie would've been too obvious and would've insulted her intelligence. Better to own up.
"You… pervert."
"You're just realizing that now? You've known me long enough," he said with a laugh. "Besides, with a body like yours, posing like that… aren't you deliberately tempting me into committing a crime?"
"I was not trying to seduce you! I was just showing you this thing." Tsunade huffed, holding up a small gadget. "It's a scent diffuser—it keeps the room smelling nice for a long time."
"Ah, that explains why your room smells so good." Tōshirō wandered around her room, curiously peeking at things, wanting to know what kind of books she usually read.
"Y-You can look… just don't dig through everything," Tsunade said, cheeks blushing slightly from embarrassment. It was her first time letting a guy explore her room—it felt like he was seeing everything.
"Oho, now that you've said that, I'm even more curious." Tōshirō's hands wandered until they found the wardrobe.
"Hey, don't touch that!" Tsunade stopped him. "There's a lot of stuff in there I don't want you seeing… at least not yet."
Her voice trailed off at the end, shy and flustered.
"Is it your underwear?"Tōshirō grinned wickedly. "Let me see what color you usually wear."
He reached toward the wardrobe like a wolf baring its claws.
Tsunade's face tightened. "I'm starting to reconsider this whole living-together thing."
"Sorry! I got a little carried away…"
Seeing how quickly he apologized, Tsunade couldn't help but burst into laughter. Her smile was as warm and radiant as sunlight breaking through at dawn.
"Relax, I was just messing with you."
Tōshirō played along: "Now that you say that, I'm relieved."
"Are you hungry? I'll cook something for you." Tsunade's tone carried the tenderness of a housewife.
"Just hearing that makes me feel hungry, even if I wasn't," Tōshirō said with a grin.
"You and your smooth talk. Just sit tight, I'll go make you something."
"Then let me help."
"Nope. Today's your first day here."
"But…"
"You don't trust my cooking, do you?" Tsunade crossed her arms, pouting.
Of course, even if she didn't pout, there was still quite a lot being crossed.
"That's not what I meant."
"Don't worry, I won't make it too awful… probably. At the very least, it'll be edible."
Tōshirō: "…."
Honestly, it would've been better if she hadn't said that—now he was actually a little worried.
"Anyway, just sit tight and wait. I'll call you when it's ready. That's an order from your girlfriend. Don't even think about sneaking out. If you do… I won't let you touch me ever again. Got it?"
Without giving him a chance to respond, Tsunade sashayed out the room, hips swaying. She even shut the door behind her on her way out.
The sound of the closing door echoed in the room, leaving Tōshirō alone in her bedroom.
Guess I should behave and wait, he thought.
He sat on the edge of Tsunade's bed, a bit bored. The closer he got to the bed, the stronger the scent became. At first, he thought it was just his imagination. But after sniffing carefully, he realized it was real.
Tōshirō found the bed incredibly comfortable—way better than the cheap one at his own place. He started rolling around on it just for fun.
"By the way, I brought you a glass of water in case you're thirsty… Uh… what are you doing?"
Tōshirō: "…"
Damn. I'm socially dead.
He scratched his cheek, scrambling for an excuse. "Uhh… how should I put this… I was, uh, marking my territory with my scent."
"Marking your scent?"
"You know, like in nature, animals claim territory by peeing nearby to warn off intruders."
"Are you saying you peed on my bed!?"
Tōshirō had no idea how Tsunade's brain even got to that conclusion. He groaned. "No! Of course not!"
Tsunade's face darkened like a lump of coal. "I've decided to reconsider this cohabitation idea."
"I swear I didn't!"
"Pfft—just kidding. You should've seen your face!"
