Jiang Kechu originally wanted to carry Wan Chu'er up the mountain, but when Wan Chu'er saw the rugged mountain road, she firmly disagreed.
Unable to carry his sweetheart, Jiang Kechu felt a slight regret but since Mai Qiqi and another classmate were also present, he couldn't do much. He just nodded, then silently supported Wan Chu'er up the mountain.
