Henry managed to retrieve the CCTV footage at the park.
While watching the recording, he noticed a man clad in black with a pair of big shades and a facial mask on. He was clutching a puppet in his hand, and the puppet was exactly the one that Janice brought home.
Clearly, the man was aware of the CCTV and cleverly avoided it. Hence, he only appeared for less than three seconds in the surveillance recording.
Henry's eyes widened. He could easily recognize the man even though he appeared only briefly.
In the beginning, he thought that it might have been a coincidence that the puppet was exactly what Janice had wanted. However, the appearance of that man meant that the situation was much more complex - it was definitely not a coincidence anymore.
Henry handed the puppet to his subordinate to run a few tests.
While waiting, Charlotte came over.
She felt strange about the puppet too. "I find the puppet weird, too. Who would make a puppet without limbs?"
