When Damien and Ethan finally left the private guiding room a few minutes later, Lane was pacing nervously in front of the door, his ear hurting a bit from pressing it against the door too hard. He had listened to the whole thing, right to the moment when he had heard them get up from their seats and walk to the door…
And it had been an absolute torture. Lane had barely been able to restrain himself from obliterating the door to break in, after hearing what Ethan had been spouting…
The audacity of that man was unreal!
The door opened, and Damien stepped out. Lane immediately paused in his steps, turning toward him to meet his eyes, and asked,
"What did you talk about?"
And Damien… averted his eyes. "Nothing much," he just said. "It was just a guiding session."
Lane's eyes twitched, as everything boiled inside of him.
'Nothing much'? How could Ethan extending such indecent proposals to Damien be considered 'nothing much'?
