But you guys didn't, and you want me to believe this story you guys are telling me now?"
"Ugh, will you stop it ma'am? Garriso wanted us to leave her on the street. Immediately you started calling and texting. And we know about this whole drama because we really know you will surely question us about Sofia. You know how dangerous the street is in the evening. So, we can't leave her alone, and I was thinking maybe those bad boys will even come back and attack her again..."
Miss Anna still didn't trust Lefah and Garriso, but she was a little bit OK and cool by their explanation, so she sighs and said, "Hmm, you guys should have a seat, and I want to know more about her before tomorrow morning." [Miss Anna sounds pretty cool]
[Both sighs]
Immediately, they all sit down. Miss Anna sighs and continues immediately, "What's your name and where are you from, young lady...?"
Sofia started crying and said, "My name is Sofia, and I stay in Eastern City, uptown..."
[After Sofia mentioned her name to Miss Anna and also pleaded to Miss Anna not to walk her away from her house because she had nowhere to go by this time of the night. Miss Anna's heart was broken by how Sofia was crying and begging her to let her stay for the night. Miss Anna was a little concerned and convinced about how Sofia was crying and begging, but yet still didn't trust Lefah and Garriso. Miss Anna told Sofia that she can stay and spend the night over, but her eyes were everywhere. If Sofia tries anything stupid, she will let her to the cops. Miss Anna was arguing, and she didn't trust Lefah and Garriso because Sofia's appearance really looked like those street girls, unlike a nightclub girl, as if she was attending a party at her house.]
"Hmm, that's fine, Sofia. I am not going to walk you out of here. There are three more bedrooms available, and you can sleep in any of them, but hey, I got my eyes everywhere. So, you should be careful...."
[Lefah and Garriso sigh and didn't say a word] 'Hmmm...."
"Hey! What is the meaning of that, boys? Or I should walk her out of here for you boys to see I am not playing with you, right?"
Lefah and Garriso runs down to their knees and said, "No, no, no, no....."
"Very good. But hey, don't forget my words, because I really mean by my words. I had a long day, and it was more stressful too, so I want to go to bed now. Let's continue this tomorrow morning. Goodnight to you guys...."
Sofia stopped crying and said, "Thank you so much, and I promise I won't cause any trouble..."
[Miss Anna didn't mind her and stands up from the living room sofa, sighs and said to Lefah and Garriso, "I am really surprised and disappointed in you boys. I wasn't expecting such an embarrassment tonight. ---hmm, goodnight kids..."
[Both sighs]
Lefah smiles and said, "Hey, lady. Not even a hug or goodnight kisses, ma'am...."
"Shut up young man. I am not on good terms with you guys. If you really want a kiss, you can get some from your girlfriend since you finally brought her home, not your mama...."
"Ugh... Stop it, ma'am...." [Lefah sighs]
Garriso run close to Lefah and said to his ears, "Hey, let her go and sleep before she starts another argument, bro."
[Both giggles]
"Hey, what are you gossiping about or do you boys think I am joking here?"
[Both] "Nothing, Miss. Goodnight...."
[Miss Anna sighs and leaves them to her bedroom]
Lefah continues immediately Miss Anna left to her bedroom, "Like damn! ---bro. Like a very crazy mother, we had, Garriso. But she never like this, bro?"
"Who knows, and I think she was angry and upset because we didn't answer her calls or even reply to her text messages. Yo, what's next, bro? Since she's off to bed, Lee."
Lefah get close to Garriso and said to his ears, "Hey, I don't know what to do next, but I don't like how she is quiet and worried. I don't like how she is, like sad, you know."
"Whoo, chill out, bro. You really sound different, and I also don't know what we should do next to make her happy and don't forget Miss Anna said she got her eyes on us, bro."
[Lefah sighs] "Hey, my man. Understand, but we can't leave her like this to bed. Okay, I have a plan, bro."
