"Uh, sorry Miss. But hey, is there anything you're not telling me, or it's still about Sofia?"
"Maybe I should be the one asking you this question. You and your brother brought a stranger home last night, and you expect me to feel good?"
[Lefah sighs]
[Lefah stands up from the living room sofa and followed Miss Anna to the kitchen because Garriso and Sofia were still asleep in the living room]
"So, what are you preparing in the kitchen, ma'am?" [Lefah continues immediately but Miss Anna didn't mind him when going to the kitchen]
"What do you really want, my love? ---you know I am not on good terms with you guys, right?"
Immediately the reach inside the kitchen, Lefah sighs and said, "Hey, lady, I dream about Mr. Son. I mean, Grandpa Son, last night. But that wasn't bad though. Hmm, I really missed him a lot, ma'am...."
"Yeah, I know, and I miss my dad too, my love. Like funny, wise-strong, mentally strong, emotionally strong and physically strong to overcome the weakness in our family. And very disturbing and a lot about your grandpa, my love." [Miss Anna smiles at Lefah]
"Whooo! I understand, like father, like daughter...." [Lefah snickers]
"Hey, what do you mean, son?" [Miss Anna smiles]
"Um, nothing, ma'am. Yeah, I said nothing, so stop looking at me that way, Miss..."
"Okay, fine. But I really miss him. I mean Mr. Jackson more than the good mother I ever had..." [Miss Anna sounds a little bit worried]
"No, no, no, ma'am. Your first father is no longer on this earth, and you have your second father, strong and alive, who is called Mr. Lefah Hart. So, nothing to be worried about, my dear Anna...." [Lefah hugs Miss Anna and kisses her on her forehead]
[Both giggles and keeps chatting in the kitchen when Miss Anna was preparing breakfast for her family.]
"Hey, I really love you son..." [Miss Anna kisses Lefah on his cheek]
"And I will forever fucking love you, my daughter..." [Lefah smiles back at his mother, Miss Anna]
[Both giggles]
"Shut up, you are too kid to take responsibility as a father and, besides, you know nothing about being a father at this age, young man..."
"Wow! ---this is really amazing ma'am. ---so, tell me, how old was Lucas Hart, when he never wanted to take his responsibilities as a father to his own child, like 12, 15, 17, huh?"
"Hey, hey, hey. I am not in the mood to talk about your father and hey, you better stop it before I lose it, young man. And I even forgot that I am not on good terms with you. ---do you know how disrespectful it's when you bring a street girl into your mama's apartment…"
[Lefah sighs] "I am sorry but hey ma'am, why don't you stop this and at least trust us a little, ma'am..."
"Hmm, come on son. I overheard you guy's conversation last night and, aside from that, I really trust my boys. I mean, the boys I build up under my responsibilities...."
[Lefah sighs] "So, what have you been thinking about since yesterday, ma'am...?"
"Hmm, hey, look at my face, young man. Your mother trusts you and your brother a lot, but I wasn't expecting such a total stranger in my house last night. And you guys know it was late too. I really know those street girls and their moves sometimes, because I have been on the street before and that was when I met your father and try my best to change your dad, but your dad never wanted to do so..."
[Both sighs]
"Hmm, I got you, ma'am...."
"Yeah, so I was thinking maybe it was a set-up for you guys. Who knows? I mean, you should forget about knowing more about her last night and what if she lied to you boys, and maybe she's up to something different. Who knows?"
"Hmm, um, I understand you ma... ---I really know how you will feel about this, but hey, you need to come down. Sofia can't stay here forever, and she will surely leave today. She said she will be calling her family this morning, and she is still asleep so why don't you wait for her to wake up since you waited last night till this morning, ma'am...."
[Immediately after Lefah finished talking, Sofia appeared and continues from the kitchen doorway] "Um, I think you guys shouldn't worry because Garriso gave me a location to send to my mom, and she will be here very soon...."
"Hey, what's up, Sofia?" [Lefah smiles at Sofia]
"Not bad last night and thank you so much for you and your brother helping me last night alone on the street." [Sofia giggles back at Lefah in the kitchen]
[Miss Anna sighs and leaves the kitchen and runs back to the living room] "Well, I will let you two catch up. I want to serve breakfast. Garriso may need something to eat...."
Immediately when Miss Anna left the kitchen, Lefah smiles at Sofia and said, "Hey, don't worry about our mother, okay? Uh, I don't know why she is doing this, but trust me, she is such a nice and good person too...."
"Um, don't worry, Lefah. ---I know it won't be easy for your mother to admire a total stranger in the night. ---I am good, and I really understand your mom." [Sofia sighs]
"Okay, and thanks for understanding. Hey, what about the car you left on the street last night? Um, have you told your parents about it?"
"Hmm, I can't tell the condition of my car to my mom now, but I have sent a message to my driver, and he will work on it for me..."
[Lefah smiles and didn't say a word]
"So, what's funny, Lefah?" [Sofia smiles back at Lefah]
"Hey, nothing. Um, you know, I am still thinking about how worried you were last night and seeing how you are smiling this morning as if nothing happened..."
"Yeah, because you and your brother made me feel this last night and I really appreciate you boys a lot. ---you guys are hilarious when chatting with..."
[Both giggles]
"Hey, don't mention ---Sofia. Um, it's time for breakfast, so shall we join them now?"
