Logic collapsed into the abyss, and love suddenly decided to leave without saying goodbye to "Abdeljalil" and "Marsha".
It was all in order to continue the suffering and pain under the banner of the curse that had returned on the horizon to seize control of the Kingdom of Bujars.
But wait a moment—didn't you say the curse had vanished with the marriage of Marsha and Abdeljalil? Isn't true love enough for a normal life filled with romance and joy?
Ah, dear reader, you forgot one thing: the Merchant of Death still exists and never returned to the Island of Death. He needs a body to inhabit. With the disappearance of "Ali Pasha", it's safe to say that "Yazur" is out of commission… or so he said.
And just as in previous chapters, it seems he has found a suitable body for his eternal plan.
This is just a light introduction, like a delicious appetizer, to prepare you for what's coming.
Let us now return to the heart of our story.
Since "Abdeljalil" has died and "Yazur Yaturk" has appeared and decided to execute the three villains for their greatest sin, he now claims he can save his servant's soul and bring him back to life.
But can he really raise him from the dead?
Giant steps echo tales of legend about that mythical being who was deliberately ignored in the books of myth, out of fear of even mentioning his name—one that terrifies the hearts. Yes, it is Yazur Yaturk and his strange necklace.
He approaches Abdeljalil's corpse, lifts him gently as a mother would cradle her infant, and places the necklace on him. But then something astonishing happens:
They all witness Abdeljalil's body rise into the sky like a bird flying without wings.
This could mean he was possessed—or that his soul had returned—until he suddenly crashes down headfirst. He gasps deeply and then screams as he rises to his feet.
Abdeljalil stands, confused and looking around, while Yazur Yaturk opens his arms and greets his servant's return:
Yazur Yaturk:
"Abdeljalil, you know you belong to me. Your loyalty to me isn't a choice—it's fate."
Abdeljalil:
"I reject your idea, Yazur. I am my own master, and I will never be under anyone's control."
Yazur Yaturk:
"You think freedom gives you strength? Loyalty to me is what makes you powerful. Without your devotion, you're just a lost human."
Abdeljalil:
"Freedom is my true strength. I won't let anyone control my destiny, even if it means facing the consequences alone."
Yazur Yaturk:
"You'll soon realise that resistance only brings pain. You will come to me, whether by choice or by force."
Abdeljalil:
"I'll fight to the end. Nothing can break my will. You may think you control everyone, but there will always be someone who refuses to submit."
Yazur Yaturk:
"We'll see, Abdeljalil. Time will prove who is truly stronger."
Their epic clash reaches a peak as Abdeljalil says with pride and menace:
"Murad Pasha—Ali Pasha's father—told me everything about your plan to repeat history
I am Abdeljalil, grandson of the Arab martyr Ben Mhidi!
I'm the descendant of the king who once put Rome up for sale at the height of its glory!"
At that moment, Marsha steps forward and gently places her hand on Abdeljalil's arm, trying to stop the confrontation.
Marsha:
"Leave him be. We're married—let's enjoy our happiness."
But Yazur had no intention of retreating. His dark eyes locked onto Abdeljalil in continued defiance:
Yazur Yaturk:
"But I do not forgive betrayal. No one will stand in the way of my will—be it you or anyone else."
Abdeljalil raises his eyebrow in challenge:
Abdeljalil:
"Try me, Yazur. But I will never surrender. This kingdom will not fall back into darkness at your hands."
As threats exchanged between them, the skies above began to darken, a storm looming—ready to engulf them all in unimaginable darkness.
Yazur Yaturk let out a wicked laugh, his face revealing dangerous intent, while one hand stayed hidden behind his back. He nodded towards Kristina, who responded with a subtle nod of agreement.
In that moment, Yazur moved forward to embrace Abdeljalil…
But before he could, Kristina stabbed him—furiously.
Abdeljalil's heartbreak was deeper than the wound. His voice trembled:
Abdeljalil:
"Why...? Why are you doing this?"
Kristina, in a feverish voice:
Kristina:
"You betrayed us! Abdeljalil betrayed our trust and our plans!"
Then Marsha stepped forward with steady steps, holding a gleaming knife, no longer willing to stay a spectator in the darkness.
She tightened her grip on her weapon and moved toward the cursed angel.
As Kristina stabbed Abdeljalil, she suddenly felt a sharp blade pierce her own body savagely, dropping her to her knees as she clutched the bleeding wound.
Marsha stood beside her with fiery eyes and said with a threatening tone:
Marsha:
"You deserve nothing but betrayal and disgrace! How dare you deceive Abdeljalil—he's mine alone!"
Kristina, struggling in pain, was speechless as Marsha's words rang in her ears like repeated slaps.
Kristina (with difficulty):
"I was jealous... I couldn't bear to see him with another woman.
Yazur Yaturk told me he'd be mine if I helped him..."
Cirrus suddenly intervenes and strikes Marsha hard on the head, knocking her unconscious.
Abdeljalil kneels, wounded and breathless:
Abdeljalil:
"Yazur… no matter what you do, I'll never belong to you. You can't steal my life or my free will."
Yazur Yaturk:
"This isn't over yet, Abdeljalil. Not by a long shot."
He casts one last challenging look at Abdeljalil before disappearing.
Then Abdeljalil looks at Kristina with deep sorrow and heartbreak over her betrayal. His voice is choked with pain:
Abdeljalil:
"Kristina... why did you do it? How could you betray me?"
Kristina, tears in her eyes, reaches to touch his face gently:
Kristina:
"I never meant to hurt you. I was afraid of losing you. Your love is all I have.
I couldn't bear seeing you with someone else."
Abdeljalil turns his face away, trying to hold back his tears.
Abdeljalil:
"But to stab me? How could you try to kill me?"
Kristina collapses in tears, holding her heart.
Kristina:
"I'm sorry... I didn't know what I was doing. I was scared of losing you.
I love you more than you can imagine. Please... forgive me."
Abdeljalil sighs deeply, looks at her with a sadness mixed with love.
Abdeljalil:
"Kristina, love doesn't mean hurting someone.
But I love you too... and that's what makes it hard."
Kristina approaches him, attempting to embrace him.
Kristina:
"Let's try again. I promise I won't let you down again. Please, don't leave me."
Abdeljalil hesitates for a moment… then embraces her tightly, tears streaming from both their eyes.
Abdeljalil:
"We'll try… for the love that binds us."
Cirrus watches the scene with a mixture of hope and sorrow, grinning wickedly as they embrace.
