Chapter 6 - CH.6 Zeno. & Blair's Training

The Zeno Expo Begins

Everyone had gathered for the long-awaited Zeno Expo, with Universe 7's team consisting of Goku, Gohan, and Buu as their representatives.

Blair, safely nestled in Beerus' arms, was practically bouncing in excitement, her fluffy tail swishing back and forth as she watched the event unfold with wide, gleaming golden eyes.

"Daddy, look! Look! It's starting!" she squealed, gripping onto Beerus' arm with her tiny paws as the anticipation built up.

Beerus, though typically composed, couldn't help but smile at Blair's un-containable enthusiasm.

"Yes, yes, little one," he muttered, rubbing her head gently. "Calm down before you vibrate out of my arms."

The First Match: Buu vs. Basil

The first fight commenced—Buu against Basil from Universe 9. Blair watched intently, her mouth forming a small 'O' as the battle unfolded.

"Whoa, he's so fast!" she gasped, her ears perking up as Basil launched a relentless barrage of kicks.

At first, Buu seemed to be having too much fun, laughing and bouncing around like a rubber ball, taking hit after hit without a care.

But when Mr. Satan was hurt, Blair saw Buu's demeanor shift instantly. Steam erupted from his head, and his body pulsed with rage.

Blair clapped her hands in excitement, eyes sparkling. "Oooh! He's really mad now!" she giggled, wiggling in Beerus' arms.

Beerus smirked. "That's what happens when you anger a Majin. Watch closely, Blair."

With newfound ferocity, Buu overpowered Basil, landing a devastating blow that sent him flying.

But what really amazed Blair was when Buu casually regenerated, sealing up the hole in his stomach like it was nothing.

"That was so cool!!" Blair squealed. "Did you see that, Daddy?! He just—poof!—fixed himself!"

Beerus chuckled at her excitement, rubbing her ears. "Yes, little one, I saw. But don't get any ideas—I'd rather you not get holes in you to begin with."

The Second Match: Gohan vs. Lavender

Gohan stepped up next, facing off against Lavender. The battle had barely begun when Lavender sprayed poisonous mist into Gohan's eyes, blinding him completely.

Blair's ears drooped. "Daddy! Gohan stopped moving! What happened?!" she asked, tugging at his wrist.

Beerus sighed. "He's been poisoned. He can't see."

Blair pouted. "That's so unfair! He should punch him in the face for cheating!"

At first, Gohan struggled, taking blow after blow, and Blair frowned in frustration. "Boo! This is boring," she whined, puffing her cheeks.

But then, something changed—Gohan began using his senses, relying on his Ki to track Lavender's movements instead of his eyes. Blair's ears perked up, her frustration melting into awe.

"Wait! Wait! He's feeling the air like me when I close my eyes!" she realized.

As Gohan powered up into Super Saiyan, his golden aura burst to life, illuminating the arena. Blair gasped, her tail curling in excitement. "Ooooh, shiny!!" she giggled, clapping her hands.

After a hard-fought battle, the match ended in a draw, and when Gohan returned, Blair immediately tugged on his sleeve.

"Gohan! Gohan! How did you do that thing?! The feeling-the-air thing?!" she asked eagerly.

Gohan chuckled, explaining it simply, and Blair, being the prodigy she was, mastered it on her first attempt. She gasped. "Whoa! I can feel everything around me!!"

Beerus watched her with amusement, his heart swelling with pride. "Hmph. Quick learner," he muttered, flicking her forehead lightly.

Blair pouted. "That hurt!"

Beerus smirked. "Good. Builds character."

The Final Match: Goku vs. Bergamo

Before the next battle began, Bergamo stepped forward, trying to turn the audience against Goku, blaming him for the entire tournament's existence.

He then negotiated with Zeno, claiming that if he won, Zeno should cancel the universal erasure rule.

Zeno, intrigued, agreed—but if Goku didn't try his hardest, all universes would be erased immediately.

Blair's ears twitched as she listened, then turned to Beerus. "So… if Goku wins, nothing changes, but if he loses, we maybe don't die?"

Beerus sighed. "Yes."

"That's so dumb!"

Beerus smirked, rubbing her head. "I know."

The match began, with Goku quickly overwhelming Bergamo, who grew larger and stronger with each hit.

Goku's tactical mind shone through as he dodged and struck at blind spots, finally going Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken to finish the fight.

Blair squealed in excitement, clutching Beerus' arm. "Ooooh, look at the colors! Daddy, look at the glowy!!"

Beerus rolled his eyes. "You Saiyans and your flashy transformations…"

Goku vs. Toppo: The Unofficial Battle

Just as the expo was about to conclude, Toppo, a warrior of justice, leapt down into the arena, challenging Goku.

Blair gasped in delight. "ANOTHER FIGHT?! BEST DAY EVER!!"

As Toppo fought, he dramatically declared his justice before every move, and Blair started copying him, striking tiny poses in Beerus' arms.

"Justice Punch! Justice Kick! Justice... Tail Flick!" she giggled.

Beerus groaned. "Blair, stop that. You're supposed to be on our side."

Blair blinked, then pouted dramatically. "Awwww… okaaay…"

Beerus sighed, shaking his head. But when she pouted and had a sad face on, his expression softened face."...Fine, do what you want."

Blair cheered, throwing her arms up. "YAY!" she leaned up and gave him a tiny peck on the cheek, He smirked.

Eventually, the Grand Priest ended the fight, announcing that the real tournament would begin in two days.

Blair jumped up and down in Beerus' arms. "Daddy, two days! I wanna see them play!"

Beerus chuckled, ruffling her hair. "Then let's go home and make you strong too, little one."

The Next Day: Training with Beerus

On their home planet, Beerus trained Blair personally, showing her how to control Destruction Energy and use Hakai. Blair's focus was intense, her tiny fists clenched as she practiced.

"I will be strong! I will be like Daddy!" she declared, eyes burning with determination.

Beerus smirked. "Good. Now again!"

During a spar with Whis, Blair attempted Gohan's sensing technique, but something strange happened—instead of merely sensing energy, she showed hints of something greater, an ability even Whis found intriguing.

By the end of the day, Blair was exhausted, collapsing into Beerus' arms.

"Daddyyyy… sleepy…" she murmured, rubbing her eyes.

Beerus smirked, holding her close. "Fine, let's go to bed."

Curling up together, Beerus wrapped his tail protectively around her, pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead before they both drifted off to sleep.

Champa's Training & Vados' Sweet Spoiling

The morning sun cast a golden glow over Beerus' planet, signaling the start of another day of intense training.

Blair stretched, rubbing her sleepy eyes as she clung to Beerus' tail, not quite ready to wake up.

But her grogginess vanished the moment a familiar, boisterous voice echoed through the skies.

"I HAVE ARRIVED!!"

Blair perked up immediately, her tail fluffing in surprise as she turned towards the newcomer.

Champa, her beloved uncle, had appeared in a flash of light, landing with a slight wobble.

Beerus' ears flattened as he groaned. "What do you want, Champa? You're interrupting my daughter's training."

Champa huffed, placing his hands on his stomach. "I've decided—I'm joining this training session! I need to lose a few pounds, and besides…" He smirked, pointing at Blair. "I like seeing my adorable niece happy!"

Blair happy, her eyes sparkling. "UNCLE SHAMPA!! You're gonna train with us"

Champa gave her a big, proud grin. "That's right, kiddo!"

Blair cheered, jumping into his arms. "Yay! This is gonna be so much fun!"

Beerus, crossing his arms, muttered, "You do realize this is actual training, not just running around and snacking, right?"

Champa paused, a bead of sweat forming. "...R-Right."

Blair giggled, tugging at his arm. "C'mon, Uncle Shampa! If you train hard, we can eat lots of yummy food after!"

Champa's ears perked up. "Wait—food?" He suddenly looked determined. "Alright, let's do this!!"

And so, training resumed—though Champa struggled immensely, panting after just a few minutes.

"W-Wait—timeout! Timeout! I need a break!" he gasped, clutching his side.

Beerus smirked. "You're already winded? Pathetic."

Blair, ever supportive, hugged Champa's leg. "You're doing great, Uncle Shampa! Just keep going!"

Champa sighed dramatically, but at Blair's encouragement, he kept going, much to Beerus' amusement.

After Training: Vados' Sweet Spoiling

After an exhausting session, Blair sat on the soft grass, panting with tired satisfaction. She was covered in dust, but her golden eyes still sparkled with excitement.

And then, like an angel descending from the heavens, Vados appeared.

"My, my~ What a hardworking little kitten we have here." The elegant Angel smiled warmly, tapping her staff to conjure a mountain of desserts.

Blair's ears twitched at the sight of the treats—colorful macarons, creamy cakes, chocolate-covered fruits, and soft pastries piled high.

Her tail swished wildly. "FOR ME?!"

Vados chuckled, placing a delicate finger to her lips. "Of course, darling. You earned this."

Without hesitation, Blair pounced on the sweets, stuffing her cheeks with cakes and chocolates, letting out tiny happy hums.

Beerus, watching with mild amusement, sighed. "You're spoiling her."

Vados giggled. "She deserves it, just look at how cute she is"

Blair, her face now completely smudged with frosting, grinned up at Vados. "Soooo gwoood!!"

Vados smiled, pulling out a soft napkin and gently wiping Blair's messy face. "My, my, such a messy eater~ There, all clean."

Blair purred happily, nuzzling into Vados' palm. "Hehehe! Thank you, Aunty Vados!"

Vados' expression softened. "Oh dear, how precious."

Fun & Games with Everyone

After the sweet feast, Blair tugged at Vados' hand. "Aunty! Can we play? Pretty please?"

Vados tilted her head playfully. "Oh? And what shall we play, little one?"

Blair's tail flicked. "Tag!"

And so, what began as a simple game of tag turned into an all-out chase involving Beerus, Whis, Champa, and Vados, who had been watching nearby.

Blair dashed between everyone's legs, laughing as she tried to avoid getting tagged.

"Too slow, Uncle Shampa!" she giggled as she dodged him.

Champa, already out of breath, collapsed onto the ground. "I... hate this game."

Whis chuckled. "Oh dear, Lord Champa, perhaps a little more training would help?"

Meanwhile, Beerus stood with his arms crossed, watching the game unfold. But when Blair pounced on him, squealing, "Tag, Daddy! You're it!", Beerus smirked.

"Oh, you little troublemaker."

With a burst of speed, Beerus chased after Blair, who let out a happy shriek, running as fast as her tiny legs could take her.

Eventually, exhausted from all the fun, Blair collapsed onto Vados' lap, curling up contentedly.

"I wuv today…" she murmured sleepily.

Vados stroked her head gently, humming. "You're truly a little treasure, Blair."

Beerus, sitting nearby, glanced at them before sighing. "…She's lucky to have you doting on her."

Vados smiled. "She's lucky to have you."

With that, Blair, her tail wrapped around Vados' arm, drifted off to sleep, dreaming of more battles, sweets, and playtime to come.
