Chapter 92 - Suika's Schemes Unfurl, Suika's Victory Assured—Yuugi Delivers Her Acceptance Speech

"Hic~"

"B-Boss... hic~... in my whole... life... never drank... hic—this good..."

Yuugi's slurred muttering echoed through the steamy bathroom, the thick scent of alcohol mingling with the mist. Empty bottles lay scattered around the pool, their lingering aroma blending with the hot spring water, deepening the drunken haze.

She clung to Rin 's neck, her body practically melting against his chest. Her face was flushed, eyes glazed and unfocused, the world around her spinning in dizzying multiples.

"Boss, s-stop swayin'..."

"I'm not moving. You're just drunk."

"Nuh-uh! No way I'm—hic—drunk! 'Nother bottle!" Yuugi waved her arms indignantly, her unrestrained movements mercilessly assaulting the poor, defenseless boss.

"Think we're out. Hold on, let me check..." Rin grabbed a bottle, twisted it open, and took a swig.

The potent aroma hit Yuugi's nose, making her mouth water. She reached for it, but he dodged, spilling a few drops.

"Boss, wastin' good booze..."

"Says you. Hands off—this one's mine."

"Jus' a sip... c'mon..."

When he refused, her gaze drifted to the spilled drops on his skin.

'Can't let that go to waste…'

A sudden, electric tingle shot through Rin as her tongue flicked out.

'Even Marisa wouldn't dare provoke me like this!'

Yuugi, oblivious to his stunned look, licked her lips with drunken satisfaction.

"B-Boss... more..."

She pressed closer, her overwhelming presence making his hand tremble—wine splashing everywhere.

"Tch... wastin'... hic~... gonna get... divine punishment..."

She shook him lightly, then leaned in again—only for a stray drop to land on her cheek, trailing down her neck. The cool sensation made her shiver.

"Boss~... y-you can't... handle your liquor... sh-shakin' already… Gimme... hic~... too much sin... f'r you... I'll bear it! Oops, last drop's on you now. Can't waste it." Rin smirked, handing her the empty bottle before pulling her closer.

Yuugi squirmed as his lips brushed her neck but kept "cleaning" diligently—until she paused, slapping his chest.

"Boss... ain't that far down..."

"Gotta be thorough. Waste not, want not."

"Mmm~... more... open 'nother one..."

"Think that was the last—wait, no, here's one. Lemme taste first—"

"MY TURN! You 'taste' and it's GONE!"

"Nope. Boss's privilege."

"Then I'll TAKE it!" Rin flicked her forehead and gulped straight from the bottle.

Yuugi lunged, but he dodged every grab, her frustration mounting until—

"GRR—!"

Drunken euphoria (Wasted Dream's effect) took over. She shoved him down, straddling him with enough force to nearly drown him in the process.

Rin 's world went white, then black, as suffocating pressure threatened to finish him off.

Yet even under such torture, Boss Lin held firm, waving the bottle just out of reach.

Yuugi growled, pinching his cheeks— then spotting the wine still in his mouth.

Her eyes lit up.

"Hic~... gone... more..."

"Mine."

"Tch... ev'ry sip you take... I steal one!"

Their drunken bickering escalated into all-out war.

Limbs tangled, water splashed, and the pool became a battlefield.

Every now and then, they'd pause for a swig—then resume fighting like nothing happened.

The goal shifted from claiming the wine to sheer spite: Neither would let the other win.

By the time the bottle emptied, neither was willing to surrender.

Locked in a grapple, their moves grew fiercer—until a splash of red tinted the water...

Meanwhile...

CRACK— Marisa flinched at the sound of shattered glass, shooting a nervous glance at the door.

'...Boss isn't back yet. Good.'

After cleaning up, she slithered under the covers, face burning despite her resolve.

'Dammit. Swore I'd quit this, yet here I am. But this is for the mission! Doesn't count! Just this once. Last time, I mean it…'

She steeled herself.

'Before, I was always on the defensive. That damn "sensitivity boost" wrecked my composure, made me lose easy. But this time? I'm here by choice. No cheap tricks.'

'With a clear head, how's that bastard gonna beat me? Tonight, I WIN.'

Elsewhere...

Patchouli tossed and turned, restless.

'...He's probably passed out drunk by now. Should be safe.'

But sleep refused to come. Her heart pounded erratically, a nagging unease gnawing at her.

'Can't relax. Feels like... something's missing.'

She clutched her head, trying to force herself unconscious— Yet every time she closed her eyes, all she saw was Marisa and Rin ... fighting.
