The night air was heavy.
Leon and his allies stood at the foot of the Tower of London, their eyes locked on the figure above.
Umbra loomed atop the platform, his crimson aura pulsing, casting long shadows across the stone.
> "Leon," he called out, voice calm yet echoing, "I come not as an enemy… but with an offer."
Leon's fists clenched.
> "There will be no deal, Umbra!"
Umbra only smiled. His presence now radiated with greater intensity than ever before. Behind him, the Heart of Darkness glowed, red as fresh blood.
> "I offer you power," Umbra said. "Together, nothing could stop us."
Before Leon could respond, Seraphine stepped forward, blade drawn.
> "Enough. If you're here to fight—then we fight."
Umbra raised his hand. A thick darkness spilled into the air, swirling into a suffocating dome.
The tower groaned under the force.
The battle began.

Scene 2: Leon vs. Umbra
Location: Tower Rooftop
Leon surged forward, his arms sparking with light. Lightning crackled as he hurled radiant energy toward Umbra.
Umbra countered, launching obsidian spears forged from shadows.
Leon spun mid-air and drove a blow toward Umbra's chest—
But in a flash, Umbra dissolved into smoke and reformed behind him.
WHAM!
Umbra struck Leon down into the stone.
> "Still too slow, Leon."
Leon lay dazed. Pain spread through his body, but worse was the realization:
He still wasn't strong enough.

Location: Tower Inner Hallways
While Leon faced Umbra, his team fought their own battles.
Nyx appeared with a flick of her wrist, twisting reality into an illusion.
The hallway dissolved into a frozen wasteland.
Elliot gasped.
> "What the—?!"
Nyx laughed.
> "Your fears, Elliot… this is what they look like."
He spun, searching for Seraphine—but she was gone.
Vanished.
Elsewhere in the tower, Seraphine had been dragged into her own trap.

Scene 4: Seraphine vs. Orpheus
Location: Tower Dungeon – Sublevel
Seraphine blinked. The darkness lifted just enough for her to see a figure before her.
Orpheus.
He held a strange parchment in his hand, shadow ink swirling across its surface.
> "People have always craved power," he said. "And I… appreciate sacrifices made in its name."
Symbols flared above him—words of death drawn into the air.
And then… the music began.
A haunting, eerie melody drifted through the chamber.
Each note carried weight. Fear. Death.
Seraphine barely formed a shield of light before the sound hit her full-force.
> "You may silence hearts with your voice," she growled, "but you won't crush my will."
She slammed her palm into the ground—fire erupting in a wave.
Orpheus recoiled.
The music stopped.
And Seraphine advanced.

Location: Tower Summit – The Final Platform
Umbra and Leon collided once more. Sparks flew. Light and shadow danced in destructive waves.
But something shifted in Leon's eyes.
Umbra circled him.
> "You still don't understand, do you?" he whispered. "This power we share… it is you."
Leon's breathing slowed.
Inside him, a storm raged. Light and darkness—clashing.
But not as enemies.
The Heart of Darkness pulsed again. Brighter this time.
Umbra faltered for just a second.
> "What… is that?"
Leon finally understood.
He didn't need to reject the darkness within him.
He had to master it.
> "I understand now, Umbra. But I will never become like you."
Around Leon, light and shadow twisted into a singular spiral—a new force, one neither fully bright nor fully dark.
Umbra's eyes widened.
> "No… it can't be…"
Leon stood tall.
For the first time—whole.
> "I accept both sides. And I'm ready… to become the Guardian of Fate."
With a cry, he launched forward—an unstoppable force of light and darkness fused.
The tower shook.
