1. Fantasia
Fantasia is rainbow-colored. It flows like water but can be shaped like clay. It appears from thin air. Fantasia is easy to use at first, but hard to fully control. It usually takes about 6 to 7 years to master it completely.
The type of Fantasia power someone gets, like fire, water, or other special abilities, depends on their family or their personality. For example, someone who gets angry easily might have powers related to fire, because their feelings are hot and strong like flames.
2. Veilstorm
Veilstorm is an 11-year-old boy with dark, curly hair and a thin, scrawny body. His black pupils give him a sharp look, and his slanted eyebrows make him seem serious even when he's silent. A small cross-shaped scar marks the left side of his neck, standing out against his pale skin. He is shy and quiet. His age is said to be 11, but that's counting from when he 1st arrived at the church.
3. Cryst
Cryst is a 12-year-old blonde boy with a strong, well-built body. His arms are covered in scars, and a bold, unique tattoo marks his right thigh. He sometimes runs on all fours like an animal, full of energy. Loud and often obnoxious, Cryst always stands out wherever he goes. He likes magical beast meat for some reason.
4. The three statues
In Veilstorm's flashback, three statues stand tall, each one around seven feet high, carved with perfect detail. These were the sacred figures the church worshipped. Thick mist surrounds them, heavy and almost impossible to breathe. Within the swirling fog, the mist itself seems to take on a shape, almost human.
