Morgan's room.
Morgan is sitting on her bed, listing through weapons for the moment.
Morgan sat cross-legged as she was scrolling through the [System]'s Weapon section.

'Ironically, this is the last weapon I bough from the shop, and only one variant and it's used by Liu Zhigang, Can't really let a guy powerful like him walk around with a C-Rank or B-rank Weapon. A-Rank is minimum.' Morgan though as she scrolled.

Morgan rubbed her forehead slightly.
"Since I'm going to summon another National-Level Hunter, I should probably buy another A-Rank Weapon for them.." Morgan paused before she clicked on 'Buy' button." No, I'll let them decide what type of weapon they want to begin with, otherwise they might be dissatisfied with the one I buy for them..." So she stopped herself from buying it.
She will wait first, summon a Hunter and then decide if want a weapon or not. After all, their whole bodies are weapons themselves.
And Liu Zhigang was enigma among them to begin with, he himself loved swordsmanship so much he developed ridiculous skills with the sword. His main weapons are daggers and short-swords.
Morgan glanced at her wallet

Morgan was certain she has more than enough Gold to adapt her new National-Level rank and arm them up quite nicely.
"And depending what 'National-Level Rank Hunter' I summon, they might be adequate enough to 'take the position of the leader of Dominion of Mankind to public'.
It would be better to leave someone with Emperor-Class strength to be 'figure head' to public, since other factions will easily accept someone like that as a leader, rather than a small girl who somehow shares the same name and appearance of a certain witch from British History.
Oh, did Morgan forget to mention her new System's ranking?
As all other factions have their own ranks to rank people by strength, Dominion of Mankind made their own concept upon the ranking System.
Low-Class, Mid-Class, High-Class and Ultimate-Class are universal Classes for EVERY SINGLE FACTION.
So they stayed same even within Dominion of Mankind.
Now Dominion of Mankind - Classes are:
King-Class = Satan-Class
Goto Ryuji is High-King Class after Norma Selner's upgrade. Goto = 2 Mid-Satan Class now.
Lennart Niermann is High-King Class + after Norma Selner's upgrade. Gap between Satan-Class and Super Devil-Class is big, Super Devil-Class has power equal to 7 Mid-Satan Class Beings, Lennart Niermann is worthy of 4 Mid-Satan Class fighters.
Emperor-Class = Super Devil-Class
The only single Emperor-Class Human in entire Dominion of Mankind is Liu Zhigang, Liu Zhigang after Norma Selner's upgrade is High-Emperor Class = 16 Mid-Satan Class beings.
[Chapter 37 will be another Ranking Chapter where I shall clear the ranking system now since I got a decent grasp on some other characters abilities.]
But that's all about it.
Morgan's attention shifted to next weapon that appeared on her scrolling, it's a weapon she will buy for Liu Zhigang later when he visits her anyway.

Morgan was not surprised, since long ago, a few years back she investigated the whole System and knows what weapons exist already.
But it was indeed a surprising leap after A-Rank 75,000 Gold swords to straight 350,000 Gold.
Then Morgan's eyes fell to another weapon beneath it.

By the picture, lance appears to be a long, 3 meters black one, with 'flag' at the tip of blade, lance is black colored with red 'strings like lighting' moving through it.
Morgan plans to buy this lance eventually, once she is tall enough to properly use it, that is.
Then Morgan's eyes fell at next weapon, following after Demon Queen's Lance.

Morgan loved this weapon section, every single weapon here is beautiful yet deadly. Something she would have definitely bough eventually.
Maybe, maybe one day she will buy every single S-Rank weapon and have it in her [Inventory] just in case, you never know if something may happen.
Then she glanced at familiar Long-Sword that appeared in Manhwa.

Now, Morgan is not one hundred percent sure, but she things that Thomas Andre preferred Long-Sword and Great-Sword over Daggers and that was the reason why he did not use [Kamish's Wrath] at all. Apparently he wanted to make a Long-Sword or Great-Sword but they were only able to make Short-Swords or Daggers out of them.
And that's the reason why [Kamish's Wrath] is bigger than any previous dagger Sung Jin-Woo used, they were 'supposed' to be short-swords.
Probably a perfect weapon for Liu Zhigang.
Morgan continued scrolling, she passed through multiple more 'Demon-S-Rank Weapons' till she passed S-Rank and entered SS-Rank.

A golden, yet beautiful long one-handed axe.
There is not a big difference between S-Rank and SS-Rank in terms of price nor quality.
Morgan scrolled till she found another one.

Each one is better than the previous and are in category of it's own.
Morgan scrolled though couple dozens of them till she entered SSS-Rank.

A simple description of it's abilities, but the power behind the dagger is enormous.
Morgan almost whistled at the sigh, of course she last time searched through the weapons, yet she forgot about most of them.
She scrolled once more till she found what she was looking for.

The spear in question looks exactly like the Holy Lance: Rhongomyniad from Fate, exactly the same.
And since she very much likes the design of the weapon and it's one of the strongest weapons in the shop, she is going to buy it eventually of course.
And [Divinity] part of the Lance is a 'Passive Skill', once you wield the weapon, the fragment of the Deity shall enter your body and grant you a small boost and make you a Demi-God.
It's sufficient to say that once Morgan touches the spear and becomes 'Demi-God' her life-span should increase several times while still keeping her 'humanity' some way.
But Morgan sighed now, it's not use buying such weapon right now when she can't use it yet.
So she scrolled.
And she passed past SSS-Rank and entered EX-Rank.
And the weapon that greeted her?

"Well, it's to be expected, now compare [Demon King's Daggers] with price of 350,000 Gold with [Kamish's Wrath]'s 5,000,000 Gold. Two complete separate worlds." Morgan though out loud before she continued scrolling.

"Ah, that would be his sword he used back then in his Human-Armored form."
But she continued scrolling, she passed through several more weapons, all around the same strength or have incredibly strong abilities with them.
But at the end of [System]'s shop is one and only strongest weapon, and un-disputed strongest weapon without a shred of doubt.

Morgan was satisfied for the time being.
She nodded before she grinned.
One day, one day she will buy [Antares' Dagger]'s.
But now..
She stood up from her bed, before flexing her arms slightly.
She closed her [System]'s window before opening [Summoning-Center] and going into 'Random National-Level Hunter'.
"It's time for Gacha, isn't it? Let's see how good is my luck." Morgan murmured to herself before she typed 'Buy' button.
Then [Confirm].
She closed her eyes, and breathed in.
As she did so, she slowly opened her eyes to see a figure appearing in her vision. A figure who knelt before her with respect and strength.
Figure had short, yet dirty blonde hair. A tall body, 190cm perhaps. With deep-blue eyes, yet slim body and muscular at same time.
Figure appears to be a young man in his early 20s. Maybe 24-25 at oldest?
He is wearing white sweater, black crop-pants, black sneakers with white shades.
He is kneeling in front of Morgan.
Morgan checked his [Hunter's Stats].

"I, Christopher Reed pledge my loyalty towards Lady Morgan." He spoke in English, his head bowed towards the ground, his personality seems to a lot different compared to what was shown in Manhwa.
He seems, more humble?
But then, a System's screen shifted in Morgan's vision.

Morgan smiled at the window, this was a pleasant surprise and something note-worthy. After completing that dungeon shes should be able to level up several times at least.
Morgan nodded. " Stand up, Mr.Reed."And he did so as he was ordered to.
" First, we'll have to go through couple things later, a basic formalities for me to present you to." Morgan began, Christopher nodded, his deep blue eyes not moving from Morgan's form. " But first, your main job will be to 'present yourself as leader of Dominion of Mankind."
Christopher frowned, his confusion evident in his eyes. So Morgan elaborated." You have been summoned into another world, world full of supernatural creatures. From Gods, to Dragons, Demons and Angels. Albeit all of them are hiding."
Christopher nodded, a small sign that he is following.
"And for that reason, I summoned many Hunters from your world, all of them joined my own 'Faction' or organization, all grouped together in defence of Mankind. That's where it got it's name, Dominion of Mankind." She paused, waiting as Christopher Reed nodded. " And that's also where you will act, since I'm to world nothing but a 10 year old kid, I need someone who can act in my name, be what some might call a 'Puppet Leader' where you will just need to present yourself as 'Leader of Dominion of Mankind'."

Honestly speaking, next chapter is going to be another 'Long Author Note', a small explanations here and there, just basic 'Info Dumps' if you will.
And another Chapter where MC raids a Dungeon, this time stronger opponetns.
And after that, following a world- building arc or something, where I can include forgotten characters like Lennart Niermann, I didn't include him in a dozen of chapters by now.
Probably his POV in Germany or something, or maybe a meeting between Lennart and Old Satan Faction Leader, well anything that can result in 'Butterfly effect'. though.
