"You really are fast about this," Ethan muttered.
He was staring at the work getting done on the House land. The wooden structure had been taken down, and a stone foundation was being laid.
Severin nodded.
It had been three days since their journey into the cursed land and their return. The Academy had not yet received another shock when all of them returned alive without a single hair out of place.
Severin hadn't wasted time as he immediately went to sell the goods. At first, the merchants were wary about the tree monsters until he gave them a sample to check overnight.
The next day, the merchant had personally come to visit him in his dorm, rubbing his hands and smiling cheerfully. "You've not contacted any other merchant, right?"
So he sold the dead tree monsters that were on the land as well as the dead dark cloak. Unlike the tree monsters, the dark cloaks didn't make as much money, but they were still profitable.
"There is no time to waste."
