Meanwhile, inside this spacious meeting room, ten heavenly beings sat in their respective seats. These ten individuals were the current Ten Skies, the top ten fighters in the Tower of Babylon.
They came from various races and backgrounds. Some even originated from outside the solar system, a planet which was millions light-years away from earth.
Aside from fighting, they were responsible for maintaining the power balance amongst the floors as well as picking new, powerful athletes who had promising careers in the Universal Martial Tournament as well as pruning the useless fighters who had no progress in their career.
The Ten Skies regularly held a gathering every now and then to see if there's a fighter who will catch their attention, and even has potential to become a Floor Master.
