Seeing the closeness between Cecilia and Damian, the expression on Cedric's face immediately changed. Cedric got off his ship with quick steps and a stern face. His golden robe fluttered because of the sea breeze. Cedric's sudden movement had caused the atmosphere to change instantly.
"Your Majesty!"
The first to react was Sir Alvis, who was Cedric's knight. The man tried to chase after his master, but he ended up lagging behind Cedric by a few steps.
Cedric, on the other hand, walked without listening to the panic or worries of the people around him. His eyes had only been focused on one point from the start. On the fact that Damian was standing too close to Cecilia.
Cecilia was about to greet Cedric. But before she could open her mouth, Cedric had already put his body in front of her and blocked Damian from her view.
Cecilia's eyebrows furrowed unconsciously. Just like the others, she was afraid that Cedric's actions would trigger an unwanted war.
