ROAR RUMBLE
The earth beneath me shook, the ground nearby shivered as the Roar of pokemons filled the area.
Silo and Vigo walked in front of me, the pokemon surrounding us on all sides as we moved through the dark and rough caves of icirrus.
'This is like some end game area.' i thought to myself. My mouth was shut and sealed as not even a gulp could escape it. My body tense like a rock from the fear of where death may come from.
A single sound may mean death here and I wasn't ready to risk it all for mere amusement. Not with the lives of others on line atleast.
"Then why this path?" I ask myself in whispers, 'There must other ways to enter Unova. Safer ways.' i thought.
It was at that time it struck me, I was the reason for this. I clenched my fists and gritted my teeth as i remembered that I was the only one without a trainer card and there is no way anybody will let someone unknown into Unova after what N did.
We walked farther, our luck seemingly good because we haven't encountered a single pokemon until now. However suddenly i begin feeling a little chilly but it was better than pokemons or so i thought.
Our steps kept slowing down, the cold increasing with each step we took as Soon frost begin forming on the cave walls and we had to slip into some crack and light some still dry twigs for heat.
"This place isn't supposed to be cold. Nor is it supposed to be this empty." Vigo commented in a low voice that was barely audible and turns to me and Silo.
"We would have to stay here Until.. Until the cold decreases." Silo's words were aimed at me and my partners.
Snivy especially was in bad condition, her type was already a bad match up for cold things and now it was freezing cold.
"Snivy... Come here." I told snivy as I lifted her and tugged her into a small suitcase that has miraculously survived till now- Silo's clothing box..
Suddenly I felt a tug on my clothes and turned to see Oshawott pointing at something.
"That's...", i turned and saw a pokemon, a purple pokemon with a red gem. "A sableye!"
Why is it stating at us? Why is it just standing there? The questions came to mind as I watched it just stand in front of the crack in silence.
"Why is it floating?"
Silo's words garnered mine and Vigo's attention as out eyes opened wide in terror.
The sableye was floating or rather looked like it was hanging from something. Then it watched it happen- the sableye was pulled up and disappeared from our vision.
A growl came and along with it came a freezing wind. The frost begin solidifying into ice as ground shakes under the weight of something.
We all backed away. The bonfire went out as not even a single sound could come out of our mouth.
'is that.. a eye?" I thought at look of what was in front of me, it looked like a eye incased in a armor of ice and scales that glared into the crack.
My heart went cold, almost stopping as i recognised the thing but didn't dare make a single movement and just stood there as the frost pilled on top of me and others.
We were caged, buried in solid transparent ice as we watched the ice grew thicker and thicker until we couldn't see.
'Kyruem.' the image of the hollow ice dragon came to my mind. however what came with the image was neither fear or terror but pity. 'But isn't it supposed to be near the league?'
The beast who had killed so many humans was right in front of our frozen bodies, our hopes of survival were close to nil. Yet it seemed like fate has a different arrangement.
"Dragon pulse"
Along with the voice came a beam of purple energy that hit Kyurem in the back and made it turns around.
"A trainer!" I rejoined in joy yet the next second my heart was gripped in a intense emotion.. a emotion of rage. "I know this voice.. Ghetsis."
The ice surrounding me shook, my aura sipping out of my body as I linked with Oshawott who was frozen beside me. We both connected with eachother, our thoughts as clear as day.
Crack
I struggled, the ice prison shaking as it cracked bit by bit as the rage of all those years in the lab came back to me. I had managed to control it all these. Yet it seemed like it was just hidden away from sight.
The Ice cracked further.
Boom
Within ten seconds I was out of the shell hindering me. My eyes slowly shifted to Vigo and Silo, both were still incased in ice but they seemed to be of similar strategy to mine.
"HI-YAHH". I kicked the ice covering Oshawott, shattering it as my little partner took a breath of silence and fell onto the ground and I had to lift it to my shoulder.
Run.
That's the only thought in my head. I knew very well about what level the Team plan can fall to. There wasn't a moment of hesitation as i quickly punched both the twins out as well and hoisted the Cloth box onto my back.
I dashed out, my feet Already moving as I looked on both sides and find myself behind Kyurem and stuck upon a floor of slippery ice.
Suddenly a realisation hit me as I quickly turned around. "STO– bergh,"
"Move you slow head!" Vigo screamed at me low pitch as he grabbed me by the collar and ran back where we came from.
"DON'T STOP!"
"I KNOW THAT!"
Yet it seemed out luck wasn't quite good today because–
Beep
A explosion shattered the walls and sent us flying. We were flying and I meant it literally as there wasn't anything below us as we fell out of caves.
In a lot of pain from the explosion, i opened my eyes mid air to see the sight in front of me.
The cave walls had collapsed and we were thrown away and into the rigid peaks of the mountains.
We groaned as we fell, hitting everything ranging from rubble to trees and even scared a pack of Emolgas to say the least.
"Where are we?" I called out. My hands still clutching the box Snivy was in.. yet it felt extremely light now for some reason.
My question didn't go unanswered for long as two a bunch of figures fell on top of me as if I was landing spot for cushioning. Oshawott, Snivy, Silo,Vigo and even the bundle of clothes that has broken out from one of the box's edges.
"ASH WHERE ARE YOU!?" Silo screamed as she searched around, each of her movements causing me more pain.
Vigo said nothing, his expression full of focus as he looked up and saw the massive amount of snow and forest that was pouring out of the collapsed cave.
"get off."
"Ahh-" Silo jumps away in surprise as he eyes darted onto me and were filled with some empathy. "Just one sec! Don't move okay."
It didn't take Silo long to get the rubble off me but our challenges have only begin because,
The peaks weren't meant to be travelled on without gear. We were cornered, on one side a man eating dragon with a evil team and on the other a forest filled with wild pokemon and steep cliffs.
"Where do we go?" We asked among ourselves, tension and suspense filled our hearts as we contempt which way to go.
