Fifteen years later
The soft glow of the evening sun filtered through the stained glass windows of the small hilltop chapel. Petals lined the aisle, the scent of roses and jasmine filling the air. Guests filled the pews — old friends, new friends, some family, and a few empty seats that held the weight of people who couldn't accept their love.
But none of that mattered now.
Because at the end of the aisle, stood Dekisugi — tall, calm, and radiant in a cream-colored suit. His eyes shimmered with emotion as he looked toward the entrance, waiting.
The soft music shifted. The doors opened.
Nobita stood there, dressed in a white suit , his hands clutching a simple bouquet. His heart raced as he locked eyes with Dekisugi, the world falling away in an instant.
He walked slowly, every step a memory — the stolen glances in class, the first confession, the pain, the misunderstandings, the healing… the kiss in that empty classroom, the tears, the promises.
Now, they were here.
As Nobita reached the altar, Dekisugi stepped forward and gently took his hand. "You're handsome," he whispered, his voice trembling.
Nobita chuckled softly, eyes brimming with tears. "You're not so bad yourself, Mr. Future Husband."
The officiant cleared his throat, smiling warmly. "We are gathered here today to witness a love that has endured time, trials, and truth."
They exchanged vows, each word carrying the weight of everything they had been through — and the hope of everything that lay ahead.
"I promise to choose you," Dekisugi said, voice thick with emotion, "every single day, even when it's hard. Especially when it's hard."
Nobita's voice trembled. "And I promise to believe you, love you, and stand beside you, even when the world tries to pull us apart."
"You may kiss—"
But Dekisugi didn't wait. He pulled Nobita close, their lips meeting in a soft, soul-deep kiss that felt like the final piece of a long puzzle falling into place.
The crowd erupted in cheers. Gian sobbed like a baby in the second row. Even Suneo dabbed his eyes behind his sunglasses.
Outside the chapel, the sky blushed a little deeper pink.
And in that moment, Nobita and Dekisugi were not boys fighting the world anymore.
They were men — husbands — building one.
Together.
"We weren't written in the stars, we carved our names into them — through pain, truth, and love that never gave up."
