After the kids returned, Harry proudly showed Sirius the books he'd gathered, pointing out he still needed to get Defence Against the Dark Arts.
Sirius rolled his eyes. "Don't bother, Harry. Those books are useless. That fraud's been peddling nonsense for years."
Hermione gasped, clutching her own stack. "Sirius! You shouldn't say that! Those are required books this year, and—"
Sirius shook his head. "I know they are, but trust me—Lockhart's a fraud. Back when I was at Hogwarts, he couldn't even manage a simple Stunning Spell without nearly knocking himself out. He's all talk and no talent."
Tony glanced up from his own stack of books. "Well, maybe he's changed? People can grow up."
Sirius snorted. "Highly doubt it."
That's when a loud voice cut through the crowd. "Is that Harry Potter?!"
All heads turned. A pushy-looking reporter with a large camera lunged toward Harry, eager for a shot. Before anyone else could react, Rhodey stepped forward and punched the reporter square in the face, probably breaking his nose. The man yelped and collapsed backwards, clutching his face and howling.
The entire shop fell silent—shocked. Only Tony, Sirius, and Rhodey looked calm.
Sirius clapped Rhodey on the shoulder. "Good reflexes. This sorry excuse for a reporter has no right to lay hands on a child—especially an heir."
His voice dropped into that cold, authoritative tone that reminded Tony just how serious Sirius Black could be. "You don't just grab the child" he growled at the crumpled man. "It's disrespectful, and it's dangerous. You're lucky it wasn't worse."
Around them, people went pale seeing the infamous Sirius Black. Even though he'd been cleared of all charges, his reputation—and the shadow of Azkaban—still made some nervous. Like what kind of man he is?
Meanwhile, Harry found himself surrounded by Hermione, Ron, and the Weasley twins, all of whom glared at the gathering crowd as though daring anyone to try again. Percy frowns at the people, How rude of them.
Tony stepped forward, his expression icy. "Touch the kid again, and I'll sue the entire paper out of existence." And he will. The reason why he didn't went out at Dursely was because if anyone finds out about Harry's connection to him being relative it would end up in disaster, However, He didn't hold back ruining Dursely life's. The couple wouldn't be looking at the sun light for ages to come for what they did to Harry.
Just then, Gilderoy Lockhart shoved his way through the stunned onlookers, grinning like he was on stage. "My goodness, what a misunderstanding! Lord Black, Heir Potter—I'm so sorry you've had to endure such an… indiscretion"
Before Tony or Sirius could say anything, Lockhart snatched up a fresh stack of books from a nearby display. "As a gesture of goodwill—and as your soon-to-be professor of Defence Against the Dark Arts—I'm giving you a free set of books!" He handed the pile to Tony with a dramatic flourish, leaving Tony blinking in confusion.
Lockhart turned to the now-recovering reporter. "Isn't it a wonderful day?" he beamed, waving to the crowd. "Yes, everyone, come see me at Hogwarts!"
The tension dissolved into a cheer from the fans—Lockhart's star power at full force. Sirius rolled his eyes, Tony narrowed his eyes suspiciously, and Rhodey muttered, "That guy's too smooth for his own good."
Sirius's scowl deepened as he watched Lockhart pose for a few quick photos before flouncing off with a dramatic toss of his hair. "See what I mean?" he muttered, gesturing at the man's retreating back. "He twisted the whole thing to his advantage. Made himself the hero. That's all he ever does by the looks of it—turns every situation into a moment for his own glory."
Hermione, clutching her new stack of books to her chest, hesitated. "But… but he did that to make sure Harry didn't feel uncomfortable," she protested. "If the crowd had kept focusing on Harry, he might've panicked."
Tony crossed his arms, looking thoughtful. "I've worked with enough actors to recognize a performance. That guy's smooth, too smooth. Like one of those B-list wannabe" He made a face. "Trust me, Hermione, that's not the kind of guy I'd buy a used car from—let alone trust with my brother's safety."
Molly Weasley, fussing over Ginny's hair, shook her head. "Oh, Tony, really! The man's a professor—a celebrity! I don't think he meant any harm at all."
Rohedy looked dumbfounded, his eyes darting from Molly to a small group of giggling young witches nearby. "Seriously? I can't believe it," he muttered. "How do you guys fall for that? Young girls—and even married women—are practically swooning."
Sirius let out a sharp bark of laughter. "I don't even need my wand to sniff out a fraud like that. I'm telling you—Lockhart's a walking marketing campaign. And Harry's going to be stuck with him all year."
Harry gave a weak smile. "It's… fine, Sirius. I'll manage."
But Tony saw the worry in Harry's eyes and clapped a hand on his shoulder. "We'll figure it out," he said. "But that guy—he's a piece of work..." Maybe he should probably prepared for the device.
Just safety that's all
Grabbing the stuff, Sirius did the whole paying including Grangers who protest but Sirius told them don't bother, Rohedy didn't need to guess how Sirius is similar to Tony, He better keep an eye on the Black as well.
Unknown to all of them, A certain Malfoy sneakily planted a small book into one of children's books.
----
The time finally came for Harry to return to Hogwarts. Sirius, Tony, and Rhodey accompanied him to King's Cross Station, weaving through the bustling crowds of parents and children.
Tony fussed over Harry, double-checking his trunk, his owl cage, and the small satchel of snacks he'd packed himself. "You sure you've got everything, kid? Books, wand, spare socks—"
Harry laughed, a bit shy but grateful. "Yeah, Tony, I'm all set."
Sirius watched them fondly, his expression wistful. Standing there on Platform Nine and Three-Quarters, he was struck by a flood of memories—James grinning ear to ear, Remus patiently lecturing him on Prefect duties, and that traitorous rat Peter tagging along. The thought of Peter soured his mood. The bastard. James and Lily would have been alive if not for him. He clenched his fist, but forced himself to smile at Harry.
"Go on, then," Sirius said, clapping Harry's shoulder. "Find your friends. We'll hold down the fort until Christmas."
Harry beamed, gave Tony and Sirius each a quick hug doing the same with Rohedy too, and hurried toward the train. Tony stood back, hands on his hips, and watched Harry find Ron and Hermione waiting for him at the compartment door.
Meanwhile, Rhodey noticed Molly Weasley dabbing her eyes beside Arthur, who had an arm around her. Jean Granger stood nearby, giving Molly a comforting pat on the shoulder. Right—this year, Ginny was starting Hogwarts, too. A big year for the Weasleys.
Tony, Sirius, and Rhodey made their way over. "Hey, Mrs. Weasley," Tony said gently. "She be all right, ya know? Harry and his friends will also make sure lil flower isn't bully and all..."
Molly sniffled, nodding. "I know… It's just… she's growing up so fast."
Arthur gave her a gentle squeeze. "They always do," he murmured, smiling. The house is so gonna be empty. He knows it's gonna take days for Molly to get used to silence. Even him.
Arthur looks at Tony. "Thank you for everything, Tony, Sirius"
Tony waved it off, while Sirius grins and show him thumbs then he leaned against a column, eyes on the departing train. "I just wish there was a better way to keep in touch, Owls are slow."
Tony perked up. "Actually, I did give Harry a little something," he said, patting his jacket pocket. "A bracelet. Looks like a normal one, but it's got a tiny transmitter in it—he can ping me anytime. I'm hoping it gets through the Hogwarts wards, but who knows? Magic is tricky that way."
Rhodey raised an eyebrow. "You made Harry a magical walkie-talkie?"
Tony grinned. "Kind of. If it works, he can talk to me anytime. If not… well, we'll find a way."
Sirius let out a bark of laughter. "Leave it to Stark to think outside the box. James would have loved that."
They stood there together, watching as the train pulled away with a shriek of the whistle. Harry waved from a window, and Tony waved back, a little more protective than he'd admit.
"Be safe, kid," Tony whispered under his breath.
Everyone watch the train fade away from their vision, Just that like, They begin moving away and leaves the station. Hope, this year goes well.
Too bad, It wasn't.
