At present, she didn't even know what the Core of the World was.
Sermias, however, was unreserved and answered every question. But after chatting casually for a long time, Roy hardly gained any new insights. It was more or less consistent with the records in the book: the Continent at this time nurtured a variety of races, including mermaids, dragons, beastmen, elves, and other beings. Devils belonged to another Plane but often caused havoc on the Continent through space-time rifts. Some humans, as devoted followers of the devils, could also summon them to appear in the world.
In short, it was a chaotic yet orderly era.
