the rarer an item is the stronger it is, the more significance it has the more powerful it will be. If a master swordsmen makes a 1000 nameless swords the first and last ones made will be the best, if a 100 years latter someone destroys 999 of the swords and names the last it will become stronger still.

when you achieve an inherent infallible mastery of understanding on a subject you reactive a dao ( must be a living creature?)

while technically an application of the power of names and significance its more based on the movements then names. giving a name to a set of attacks will make it stronger. The more requirement's the attack needs to be completed the stronger it will be.(understanding incomplete)
