Chapter 98: "Nation Rebuild"
Some time passed by, and the debris of the old castle was being cleared. Tadashi called Michi to his office, a serious look on his face. "Michi, take this note. You are not an adventurer anymore."Michi's eyes widened in shock as he took the note and read it. "People of Prussaria want Michi to be their new king?" he read aloud, his voice trembling with surprise.Tadashi nodded, a small smile on his face. "Yes, Michi. They all know what you have done, and as for your work, the whole nation wants you to be the new king."Michi looked stunned, his eyes fixed on Tadashi. "But…but I'm not suitable for the role," he stammered.Tadashi bowed, his voice filled with conviction. "Don't worry, Michi. We all will support you. You destroyed the evil past and bestowed a new era on us. Now show us a better way. Appolo and others wanted that too, you know right, Michi?"Michi nodded, taking a deep breath. "But I WILL ONLY MARRY AIRI!" he exclaimed, his face red with determination.Tadashi burst out laughing. "Sure, sure, don't worry about that. Velina, come here and cherish our new king's hair."Velina appeared from behind, a sly smile on her face, and started cherishing Michi's hair. Michi's forehead stone turned pink, and another table appeared from his side.A month passed, and today Michi was to become the king of Prussaria. Michi stood in front of the mirror, looking at his reflection. "Am I seriously needed to wear all these clothes? They seem heavy."The servants nodded in unison. "Yes, my king. You have to."Michi wore the golden armor and crown, feeling a mix of emotions. He walked out to the people, his heart pounding in his chest."I will try my best to help you all," he promised, his voice loud and clear. "I promise I will stop all evil deeds in our nation, and all will be safe. You can say anything you want; there are no more restrictions in speaking. If I do anything bad, speak to me about it too."The people erupted in applause, cheering for their new king. Michi blushed, feeling overwhelmed.The new castle was built, and Michi was living there with Henu. Michi looked at Henu and said, "I am waiting for Airi now. She will be happy to see me now, I guess."Henu nodded, a smile on his face. "Yes, onii-san…I mean, king."Michi chuckled. "Oh, you can call me onii-san, haha."Henu's face turned serious. "Then, onii-san, I have a request."Michi raised an eyebrow. "Say, Henu."Henu took a deep breath. "I seem like 14, but as for dragons, I am mature now, so I need a wife, please, onii-san."Michi's eyes widened in shock. "What! Henu, you want me to summon a wife for you?"Henu nodded eagerly. "Yes, please, onii-san. I want to get married."Michi smiled and started summoning. A female blonde hair dragonoid with deep blue eyes appeared before them.Michi said, "Your name will be Henrica, and you can be the mate of Henu."Henrica bowed, her voice sweet. "As you say, master."Henu jumped on Henrica, but Michi stopped him. "Wait, wait, wait! Not here, Henu. Go to your room and do…boom boom."Henu grinned and left with Henrica. Michi smiled, looking at the sky, waiting for Airi to return to him.Tadashi appeared from behind, a stack of documents in his hand. "Uhm, my king, you don't have free time to spare. Here, sign these documents, please."Michi sighed, taking the documents. "Ahh, spare me, please…and don't you have a guild to handle?"Tadashi nodded. "Yes, but I have to help you become a good king too. I promised my old friend."Michi smiled wistfully. "If Yakop is here, he will force a lot of work on me too, haha."Michi looked at the sky, his heart filled with hope and determination. He knew that he had a long journey ahead of him, but he was ready to face it head-on.
Chapter 99: "Time"
Two years had passed since Michi became the king of Prussaria, and a lot had happened. Michi had unified all the states of Prussaria, bringing peace and prosperity to the land. He had died without regret, surrounded by Velina, Michi, and Henu. Henu and Henrica had married last year and now had five cute dragonoid kids, whose names were Heni, Hunu, Hunia, Huntara, and Honu.Bnas guild was now supporting all the guilds of Prussaria under Michi's orders. Henu had become the new guild master of Ruadall town and was doing a great job. Michi was sitting on his throne, remembering the past two years, when Velina ran in with a tensed face."Michi, quick! The ice…the ice is starting to crack!" she exclaimed.Michi looked in shock and ran towards the room where the ice chunk was. Michi and Velina rushed in and saw the ice cracking. Henu came too, and they all watched in awe as the ice cracked fully and Airi fell from it, smiling at Michi.Michi started crying and rushed to hug Airi. They both cried, overwhelmed with emotion. Velina said, "Henu, we should leave them for now."Michi and Airi shared a passionate, long kiss. Michi said, "I miss you, I miss your beatings."Airi replied, "I heard everything from the ice, but I couldn't come out. But your machine did it, Michi."They kissed again, and Michi said, "Now, my queen, the moment I have waited for so long…"As they closed the door behind them, Michi and Airi finally had the moment they had been waiting for. They stood facing each other, their eyes locked in a loving gaze. Slowly, they began to move closer, their bodies swaying together like two branches in the wind.Their lips met in a tender kiss, soft and gentle as a summer breeze.
