Chapter 15 - Status: Transcendence complete

Sahil Hamato had reached a precipice.

The Baxter Stockman template was fully assimilated. There was nothing more to learn from the scientist's methods, no more limits left in the lab. Sahil had devoured the secrets of alien biotechnology, cybernetics, mutagenic genetics, and neural networking. DETROIT, his super-AI, was integrated into dozens of shadow operations, his biotech had disrupted the black market, and he had already silenced enemies on every continent.

But he was still human. And that was no longer acceptable.

He wanted more than to build technology. He wanted to become the technology.

Sahil began his final phase of evolution — a multi-pronged integration process that pushed the very definition of transhumanism.

The process began in isolation, deep beneath Hamato LifeTech in a black-site lab only DETROIT had access to.

He injected himself with a compound inspired by Oscorp's serum research — their attempts at enhancing Norman Osborn had failed due to madness and instability, but Sahil's alterations resolved the aggression gene. His version enhanced neuromuscular density, reflex acceleration, and gave a controlled adrenal burst capacity — without psychological collapse.

Then came the Weapon Plus derivatives.

He harvested blood samples and formulas attributed to failed Weapon X(Logan) and Weapon XI(Kane) projects. These were chaotic, unfinished strands of biochemical ambition — meant to create perfect soldiers, and mostly resulting in madness or death. Sahil didn't just stabilize them. He perfected them. He fused their potential into a unified serum, tailored to his genome.

With this concoction in his veins, his body was primed — but it was only the beginning.

Next came solid cybernetic implants. Borrowing from cyberpunk philosophy and bleeding-edge military prototypes, Sahil embedded reinforced alloy structures within his bones. These weren't traditional metal. They were advanced ceramic-carbon polymers with nanolattice reinforcements, making his bones functionally unbreakable, while remaining lightweight.

In his spine and brainstem, he installed a neural regulator node — allowing simultaneous processing of external systems, like satellite feeds, battle AI, and weapon data — all filtered through DETROIT's embedded node. The implants enhanced his coordination, reaction time, and gave him control over cyberwarfare in real time.

Then came the nanytes. Inspired by senator Armstrong, Generator Rex and the korean novel Nanomachine.

Forged through a combination of Chitauri bioresin synthesis, Wakandan molecular analysis, and Sahil's own techno-organic breakthroughs, the nanites were non-magnetic, adaptive, and fully responsive to mental commands. They lived within his bloodstream, interfacing with every system inside him.

They formed armor when needed — dense, muscle-like plating that layered his body like a second skin. Not total nanomaterial like Wakandan designs, but hybridized: metal and bio-organic tissue, flexible yet indestructible. It formed into gauntlets, blades, tendrils, projectile weapons, sensors, tools — anything he needed, birthed from his own flesh.

His gauntlets, now internalized, no longer sat outside his body. They were sub-dermal modules, forming instantly from his forearms when commanded. Their electromagnetic pulse range had increased, and he no longer required external batteries or magnetic charges — the system fed on ambient energy, kinetic motion, and internal power loops.

Lastly, Sahil deployed the final key: his custom mutagen.

Refined from years of studying alien DNA, Hulk derivatives, and mutant genomes, the mutagen was stable and incredibly potent. It bonded with his cells, granting:

Regeneration beyond human levels — fast enough to recover from gunfire, surgical damage, even radiation burns.

Technopathy — a subconscious interface with nearby electronics, letting him command, corrupt, or control devices without lifting a finger.

Nanyte hive cloud control

Any technology infiltrated by his nanytes would come under his technopathy if the tech was advanced enough. Any simple weapons formed by him could be used as flying weapons. Any blade used as projectile would just come back.

Electrokinesis — internal capacitors allowed him to generate and manipulate electricity, using it to supercharge his attacks, disrupt enemy systems, or power cities in emergencies.

The integration nearly killed him.

His heart stopped twice. His nervous system tried to shut down under the strain. But he endured it all. Alone. With no one watching. No safety net. No backup.

Because evolution, for Sahil Hamato, had to be forged in suffering.

After three weeks in recovery, his body emerged changed.

No scars. No visible changes. But every inch of him was weaponized.

He no longer wore armor. He was the armor.

No longer built tech. He was the tech.

Every aspect of Sahil's being had been optimized, evolved, and ascended.

He no longer needed the Snake Eyes suit, or the gauntlets, or the old Hamato weaponry. He had internalized all of it. He was the sum total of everything he'd created.

He could survive, fight, adapt, and dominate — without drawing a blade, lifting a gun, or touching a keyboard.

His training was complete. His transformation final.

He stood before the mirrored wall of the chamber, bare-chested, steam still rising from his skin.

DETROIT's voice echoed from the room:

"Are you stable, Operator?"

"Yes," Sahil replied. His voice was deeper now. More controlled.

"Status: Transcendence complete."

After this came the call from Trask amd the following meeting with the X-men.

And now a final piece of the puzzle that he had been keeping an eye on for a long time, Oscorp's only sucess which never benefited them but created one of the best heroes ever.
