A rainbow coloured aurora-like mist appeared everywhere she turned her gaze to.
"System, what exactly is this colourful mist, it's present everywhere" Arlecchino said with puzzlement and curiosity, evident in her tone.

But they are formed when a certain person absorbs too much Chaos essence into their body during meditation, and is unable to control and calm down the huge amounts of energy they have absorbed.
Which may lead to unknown mutations in their body and soul. Normally, if a person absorbs too much Chaos essence than what they can control they will explode and die.
But there are always exceptions, who miraculously survive this excruciatingly painful process.]

The exact moment the system notification ended, there was a sudden influx of new information in Arlecchino's mind. She took a deep breath and exhaled calming her mind. And then started to look through the new information that appeared in her mind.
After sorting out the information, she sat down cross legged on the ground and entered a standard meditating posture, and closed her eyes.
Afterwards, she started to empty her mind according to the Meditation technique. After emptying her mind of all thoughts, time passed second by second, minute by minute, and after about 10 minutes later she started to feel the rainbow coloured aurora-like energy all around her, then after about another 2 to 3 minutes passed, she started to feel the chaos essence slowly moving in her direction and entering her body.
This process continued for about 15 minutes, when Arlecchino finally stopped her meditation.
She felt it, the more chaos essence she absorbed the more her control over this energy slipped from her hands, until she was about to lose all control.
Knowing the danger she was facing, she stopped absorbing chaos essence.
"Sigh.... That was a close call" Arlecchino said as she breathed a sigh of relief.
Afterwards, without wasting any time, she started to meditate once again, but this time after emptying her mind she started to feel the chaos essence within her, then she started to guide the chaos essence to circulate throughout her body.
As she continued this process for about an hour she finally gained an initial grasp of chaos essence Control.
"Now I have some control of chaos essence, then let's move on to the next step" Arlecchino said as she got up from her meditating posture, and walked towards a nearby small tree.
After walking under the small tree, she took on a standard punching posture, drew her right hand back while clenching her fist.
She did not use chaos essence to enhance the power of her punch. She simply concentrated all her physical strength on her right hand for this one single punch.
The moment she released her punch towards the tree trunk, the trunk of the tree dented slightly but not by much.
Arlecchino was not surprised by this outcome, then she ones again took a punching posture. But this time she concentrated all the chaos essence in her body to her right fist, and released the punch towards the tree trunk once more.
This time the result was different, her punch pierced through the trunk of the tree creating a large circular hole on it.
The tree could not withstand the damage and fell to the ground with a loud noise.
"I'm still weak, without chaos essence enhancement, I can't cause much damage, I need to train my body" Arlecchino muttered as she opened the inventory and turned her gaze to the [Marine six styles - Rokushiki] and [Moon Breathing] training manuals.
