Bahora's Conditions
"Alright, what are the conditions? I'm listening."
1. I won't live with you.
2. You will get me a house like the one I live in now.
3. I will live there with Asilzoda.
4. This is the most important one:
No one should know that I'm your daughter. When we go there, I don't want anyone to know that we're connected. Otherwise, people will constantly be around me.
"Alright, I accept your conditions."
"Then it's settled. We're leaving in a month."
"Asilzoda, do you agree too?"
"Yes… I guess."
"Asilzoda, will you inform your family?"
"Yes, I'll let them know."
"Good."
They agreed to go.
Time passed as usual. Asilzoda went home to talk with her family, and Bahora was worried about her.
Bahora (thinking):
"I wonder if Asilzoda is okay? I know she doesn't get along with her family well, but I don't know why. She never talks about herself or her family. I want to ask her, but what if it brings her pain? I don't know what to do…"
Just then, the door opened. Asilzoda had returned. Bahora went to greet her. Asilzoda looked very sad, as if she was about to burst into tears.
Bahora:
"Welcome."
Asilzoda forced a fake smile, pretending like nothing had happened.
Asilzoda:
"I'm back. We should start preparing for the move."
Bahora:
"Understood. Oh, and my father already bought our plane tickets for the end of the month."
Asilzoda seemed lost in thought.
Asilzoda:
"Two weeks left, huh? Then we need to hurry and start packing. There's still a lot we need to buy. I'll start gathering my stuff."
Bahora (thinking):
"She clearly didn't have a good conversation with her family. I've never seen her in such a state. How can I cheer her up? I know—I'll get her some sweets."
She wanted to buy sweets, but didn't know what kind Asilzoda liked. She took a chance and went to the store. There were many sweets to choose from, and she didn't know which one to get. After thinking for a while, she picked one and returned home.
As she entered, Asilzoda was waiting for her and immediately began interrogating her.
Asilzoda:
"Where were you? Why did you leave without saying anything? What's in your hand? And why do you look so sad?"
Bahora didn't know what to say. She wanted to ask Asilzoda why she looked so down when she returned, but she didn't want to bring her more pain.
Asilzoda:
"Why are you silent? Why aren't you coming inside?"
Bahora:
"When you came home earlier, you looked so down. I decided to buy you some sweets to lift your mood, but I didn't know what kind you liked. So I picked the one that caught my eye. Here—it's for you."
Bahora handed her the sweets.
Asilzoda walked to the kitchen.
Asilzoda (from the kitchen):
"Are you planning to stand by the door for long? Come on, let's eat the sweets."
Bahora was surprised, then quietly walked into the kitchen and stared at Asilzoda.
Asilzoda:
"Thank you for thinking of me. Everything's okay with my family now. There was a small family argument. I'm sorry for making you worry. As for the sweets—I like chocolate cake. So thank you especially for this."
Seeing Asilzoda smile cheered Bahora up. They sliced the dessert and ate it together.
Asilzoda:
"You didn't know I like chocolate cake, but you still brought it."
Bahora:
"Yes, when I saw it, I thought of you. That's why I chose it."
Asilzoda smiled brightly. She truly liked the sweet.

The Move Begins
Departure day finally came. The girls arrived in South Korea. They exited the airport and were waiting to be picked up.
Bahora:
"My dad said someone would come get us, but no one's here. Where is that person?"
She was quite irritated.
Suddenly, a car sped toward them and stopped in front of them.
Bahora:
"Out of all people… why is it this clown?"
The car door opened, and a young man stepped out. It was Yusuf.
Yusuf:
"Looks like my dear sister isn't happy to see me?"
Asilzoda was surprised—Yusuf had changed a lot.
Asilzoda:
"Yusuf? Is that you?"
Yusuf:
"At least my first love should look happy to see me."
Bahora:
"Stop talking. Just grab our luggage. And couldn't you send someone else?"
Yusuf:
"I haven't seen my sisters in over a year. That's why I came myself. I'll also drive you to your new house. Come on, ladies, hop in."
They got in the car and headed to their new home.
Yusuf:
"Here's the key to your new house. It's not far from the company, just like you wanted."
Bahora grabbed the key with an irritated face.
Bahora:
"Thanks, little bro."
Yusuf:
"Glad I could help. Hehehe. By the way, Asilzoda, how do I look? I've changed a lot, right? Look what a handsome guy I've become. Want to go on a date with a guy like me?"
Asilzoda:
"No, thanks. I'm not interested in little boys."
She smiled.
Yusuf:
"Ouch, that's the second time you've rejected me. It hurts…"
Bahora smacked him on the head.
Bahora:
"Stop talking and watch the road."
Yusuf (sadly):
"Okay, okay, whatever you say…"
30 minutes later, they arrived at their destination and brought the luggage inside.
A new house, a new environment, a new life had begun.
Yusuf:
"By the way, get settled this week. Work starts next week, sisters."
Bahora:
"Okay. Now get lost."
Yusuf:
"Why are you kicking me out? I did so much for you two, can't I come inside?"
Bahora (angrily):
"Are you going on your own, or should I kick you out?"
Yusuf:
"Fine, I'm going. But don't forget me—I'll be back!"
Bahora:
"Quit acting. Get out of my sight. Ugh, what a headache this guy is. Shall we look around the house, Asilzoda?"
Asilzoda:
"Yes, definitely."
They began exploring the house. It was bright, spacious, and had many rooms.
Bahora:
"Look, Asilzoda—the kitchen is huge and cozy too. Do you like it?"
Asilzoda:
"Yes, very much."
She smiled softly.
They began settling in and divided the chores.
Time passed quickly, and soon it was their first day of work. The girls were rushing to get ready early in morning.
