A news broadcast plays on a small TV, the scene focuses more on what is being shown in the TV as a reporter speaks, "Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, this is Abigail reporting live from Detroit, as you can see, we have clear weathers and no signs of any events happening here-Oh-John! Behind you! Behind you!" The camera man turns around, a streak of white lighting flashes across the sky, bouncing on some of the buildings, the streak of white lighting flashes past the camera man and comes to a stop just behind him, as the camera pans towards the lighting, it shows us that it was a person in a white jump suit wearing a black helmet that had a white visor, The reporter shouted with a smile, "It's Light streak! But why is he-" just as she was going to finish her sentence, Light streak was struck by black lightning, the reporter ducked and ran for cover before she could get caught in the conflict, meanwhile the camera man just stood still. The reporter grabbed him by his collar, "Move! It's Dangerous to stay still!", The main station called over in a panic, "Abigail! What is going on there!", "I think it's a battle between Detroit's hero Light streak and he's Nemesis, Dark dash!", "What!", "John, the camera, over there!" The camera turned, showing the audience a brawl between the two superhumans, their fight was too fast for normal eyes to see, each of their attacks vibrated the ground and left streaks of light and dark lighting, both kept fighting, none showing any sign of stopping, the TV suddenly turned off, a child in was seen in the reflection of the TV screen, she stood up and left.
The scene then cuts to a top view of a futuristic city, the buildings all adorned with lights and each as beautiful as the other, a female voice speaks, "Yup. Heros exist. Kinda common these days really. How? Simple, meteors from another galaxy hit the water reserves of many states, people drank that water, but that didn't quite give us powers, no, you see, that incident happened nearly a thousand years ago. Back in 2050." The scene changes again, this time to people using different kinds of powers, children and adults, all of them had unique powers, "the powers, or 'Drives' as the World Hero Organisation call them, only started to actually take effect after fifth generation from 2050 were born, it started with just abnormal strength, but the more generations passed, the more the Drives got stronger, giving us these powers. Or so we thought. Recently a new discovery tells us that it depends on the compatibility of the two DNAs, or more humanly, the two that will make new life have to have a good combo. Generally, people went nuts trying to make the perfect power, at first it was people just going at it with each other to spread the generation faster, then after the news people only had kids after they knew each other down to their last DNA. Eventually, people let go of that hype, some countries even enforced the law to forbid more then 3 kids per legally married persons, wild. To think people went so far their countries had to ban fun time in bed."
The scene changes once more, now focused on the woman who was speaking, she was walking towards a building, "With all that, heros and villains became a literal job, the government would pay you for providing your power at a level that risks your own life, or . . . That's what the fine print says. The World Hero Organisation is just another entertainment hub really, they contract people to be Hero's in the day and contract Villains to fight those heros in the night, kinda like a batman recruitment system, and just like him, they don't give information on the ladder to the public, the villain hiring thing that is. On the other hand, The World Villain Organisation only hires Villains, though just saying their name can get you looks. Ever wonder how the true villains always get enough cash to do all that million dollar schemes? Thank them, or just guard your purse better, they could snatch that easy. And me?" We finally get a scene of the face of our MC, A beautiful black lady with a puffy afro, "I'm just Elisabeth I guess, ever since I was kid, I've had this . . . Attraction to the Villain industry. Ever since I met Shock that is. For context, Shock is a Villain from the WVO, saying the whole name is getting old already, I know. Shock's story goes like this, he was a worker at a electrical company which made millions in revenue each year, how? Let's just say it was shady and involved many, many, many gangs and the mafia, Shock found this out and wanted to do something about it, but he was not lucky, he got caught snooping around and was thrown into a nuclear power plant, lucky for him though, that was like a charger for him and only helped to shoot his powers to a new high, while in the process of that, the people at the nuclear power plant became biscuits before he knew it, though some survived. Pretty heroic for now, I know. Anyways, after that incident, he went to report what happened, but since he was a broke man and had no baking, the court took the side of money and not only sued him for slender but also sentenced him to death row for killing multiple people at the nuclear power plant, where he killed all those gang members and mafia hot shots. Feeling betrayed and furious at the corruption, he went wild, busting out of the court and disappearing into the wires, a few days later a new hero named Pulse came to light, a hero who could control electrons in the air, turns out, he was hired to fight Shock and Shock knew this, so what does he do? He makes the first and last move, he shows up right in front of Pulse and says, 'I am a Villain? The guy who killed people that ruined societies. The only guy who tried to stand against a corrupt system. Is the Villain? So be it.', and boom, next thing we see is Pulse knocked out. He was sent to a hospital and after four months there, he finally wakes up, but he does not know who he is at all, and his Drive as been fried so hard it lost is spark, pun intended. He couldn't use any powers at all, and during those four months, the public was at an uproar, calling out corrupt officials and even raiding their personal homes. Because of him, the people united, and yeah, I said I met him, he's actually my dad, although . . . To burn a Drive that bad, he had to burn his own as well. He became paralyzed in his left arm after that and I've been taking care of him ever since, though that doesn't stop him from being a great dad. So for his sake."
We see the building she was walking to, it was the World Hero Organisation, though it wasn't really the building she was walking to, down a ally way near the TWHO building, was a rundown bar, right there on the door was written 'W.V.O. inc', "I'm going to become a Villain that will bring the world to it's knees all at once and unite them under fear of me, Shocks daughter, The reaper." She walks inside the building, looking around, all her confidence had been replaced with nervousness, "Uhm . . . Hello?", an old man appears out of no where, he stood by the door, closing it gently, "Yes, youngin' what ya want? A new pair of glasses?", "What? No?", "Well what ya doing in Wesley Victoria's Optometrist incorporated?", "Oh. Right. I apologise, I do need some new glasses, thick frames, far sighted, I am, though I can't see far into my future." She chuckled lightly, though the old man didn't really get her joke, he smiled, understanding something from her odd choice of words, "Sit! Sit! I will get ya started. On the red chair now.", "Thank you." She went and sat on a green chair instead, the chair made some concerning sounds, but she sighed, knowing that it was the right chair. Suddenly the chair went falling down through the floor, it landed inside a box of sort which closed up and started moving on a magnetic track that propelled her forward at high speeds. Disoriented, she was then flung out of the box into a room, landing harshly, she slid on the floor, the same old man waited for her. "Hm. Quite bold for someone that clumsy to want to come here. Whose your connection?", she stood up and tinted her self off, "None of your concern. I was told you'd kill said connection.", "No, shit, they had to die of they let a leaf like you know about this place.", "Ay, I have my worth.", "Tch. Welcome, frail leaf, to the World Villain Organisation!" Out side the glass room, multiple people could be seen doing various things, from training to testing new equipment and others even signing contracts to receive funds for doing specific jobs.
