-NEXT DAY-
Kaito didn't attend school on that day as he headed towards the Headmaster's office . He knocked on the door as he received permission to enter . Kaito entered as the headmaster didn't expect him to be present here .
"Good Morning , Headmaster"
"Morning , Kaito"
"Sir , I have a favor to ask of you"
"A favor ? From me ?"
"Yes"
"Speak"
"Sir , I would like to enter the one of the training dungeons in the academy "
"One of the training dungeons ?"
"Yes , sir"
"Which one ?"
"A D-Rank or better to be a C-Rank"
"Kaito , you know the boss of a C-Rank dungeon is atleast B-Rank , right ?"
"Yes"
"You still want to enter alone ?"
"Yes sir"
"Have you thought it through ?"
"Yes sir"
"Hah !! You are just like your sister . She also entered a C-Rank dungeon in her first year"
"…."
"Alright , I will give you the permission but I have a condition"
"What condition ?"
"You have to reach initial stage of B-Rank and an Advanced Sword User in two months"
"Is that it ?"
"Yes , achieve it before the Re-evaluation"
"Alright , I accept"
"I like your confidence , Here"
The headmaster handed him a card as Kaito took it off the table .
"This is a special card which allows you enter dungeons upto C-Rank . You just have to show it on the entrance"
"Thank you sir"
"Leave . I have work to do"
"Alright sir"
Kaito left the room as the headmaster had a smile on his face . He got up from his seat as he went towards the window . He stood in front of it as he looked towards the sky .
'Haruto , both of your kids have started to grow stronger . I wish you could see them too'
'I can only hope that they can be capable enough to bear the pressure of battle'
-Kaito's side-
Kaito exited from the room as he walked down the corridor towards the dungeon grounds . He went towards a C-Rank gate as a guard stopped his way .
"Hey , where are you going ?"
"I am gonna explore that C-Rank dungeon"
"Are you mad ? Where is your team ?"
"I came alone"
"Hah !! You kids . Listen , without headmaster's permission no one is allowed to enter"
"I received permission"
"What ?!"
"I said I got permission from the headmaster"
"Prove it"
Kaito handed him the card he got from the headmaster . The man's expression changed .
"Y-You are t-the brother of Akari Sakura ?"
"Yes"
"Sorry for the interference . Please go ahead"
"Thank you"
Kaito took back the card as he entered the C-Rank dungeon . It wasn't some cave but it was like a forest . Kaito knew that these types of dungeons are common grounds for orcs and ogres . He went more inside as he started to hear strange noises from around him . Suddenly , a big log of wood came towards him . Kaito dodged at the last second as he slid on the ground . He saw a huge ogre who crushed the ground with one hit .
Kaito didn't hesitate as he got up . He held his sword as he closed his eyes . The mana seemed to concentrate on his sword as he released his breathe . The ogre came rushing towards it as it was about to strike but at that moment Kaito opened his eyes as he unsheated his sword in a flash and crossed the beast . They both froze a slit appeared on the ogre's neck as it detached and fell . Kaito got up as he sheathed his sword . He wiped off his sweat .

Kaito received the notification . He continued moving forward . He encountered a hord of orcs . Kaito climbed up on a tree as he looked towards them . He wasn't sure his sword could defeat so many but his magic can .
Kaito jumped off the tree and landed just a few meters away from the orcs . They noticed him as they all rushed towards him in full speed . Kaito wasn't scared . He raised his hand
-3-Star (Water Magic) : Gushing Wave
A wave of water released from Kaito as the orcs drown and were taken away . He added another magic on top of that .
-2-Star (Lightning Magic) : Lightning Strike
A current of lightning got released into the water . The orcs got in contact with the lightning as they were electrocuted and burnt .

Kaito continued inward towards more deeper area of the forest where he finally found the dungeon core . Lying in front of it was the boss of the dungeon . It was an high-orc which is atleast a B-Rank monster .

Kaito didn't rush as he knew this guy was much more difficult . Kaito came out of the trees onto a open ground . He was sure that the high orc didn't notice him but it was different . It suddenly disappeared and appeared just behind Kaito . He unable to understand the movement got confused . It was enough time for the high-orc to attack . The huge wooden club in his hands came down towards Kaito . At the last moment , Kaito regained his senses as he jumped back .
Kaito slid on the ground as he got up on one knee . It was much difficult for him to defeat it head-on . Kaito knew what he had to do .
-2-Star (Void Magic) : Void Barrier
The high-orc was captured in a barrier . The force of high-orc is tremendously powerful . The barrier started to form cracks on it as Kaito closed his eyes . He removed all thoughts from his head and concentrated on the tip of his blade . Suddenly , a bright light covered Kaito's conciousness as the barrier broke and the high-orc was released .
Kaito gathered mana on the sword as he forwarded for a stab . His sword pierced the high-orc's defense as a hole formed on it's chest and the high-orc fell down dead . Kaito sat on the ground as he was exhausted . The last move consumed too much mana .

Kaito collected all the magic stones as he left the dungeon . His clothes were torn and tattered and some places were there was blood . He came out as he handed over the magic crystals he got from the dungeons . He kept the magic stone of the boss because according to the academy rules , if anyone managed to defeat the boss of the dungeon , they can keep the magic stone of the boss but they must hand over the rest of the crystals .
The guards looked at him with curious eyes . They couldn't assess the situation . Kaito came back to his dorm room as he undressed himself and went for a shower . He regained his health points upon leveling up so he didn't need to bandage himself but the blood still remained so he washed himself . He changed clothes as he came out of the bathroom and laid down on his bed .
He checked his phone and found that many people contacted him for the day but he was inside a dungeon so he didn't answer any of these . He kept his phone on his side and closed his eyes . He wasn't hungry at all so he just went off to sleep .
