He remembered it as a summoning technique that called forth nine-faced beasts in this order: Qing (Azure Dragon), Bai (White Tiger), Zhu (Vermilion Bird), Xuan (Black Tortoise), Kong (Golden Snake), Southern Star Sage, Northern Star Sage, Shinigami, and Celestial Maiden. Their formation was similar to Akatsuki's own.
But in truth, these beasts were each a transformation of the Nine-Tails Fox. Each possessed formidable and unique powers.
Yuan had been collecting tailed beast chakra and intended to eventually replicate a mini-Ten Tails.If he could obtain this jutsu, he might be able to split the Ten Tails' chakra and have each face fight individually.
Ten Tails chakra had exceptional quality—summoning beasts formed from it would likely be as strong as Kage-level shinobi.
