' Am I so awful that he's already hating on me the very first day of my job' Aria thought.
Kaden stood there already out of the shock that those emerald green orbs were staring back at him and was wondering how long she was going to put up with her pretence.
He wanted to laugh at her and tell her how stupid she was with her act but seeing the confusion reflecting on her face he decided to keep it low and watch how she'll do.
Derrick standing beside him was also surprised at what really happened and it clicked in his head that this was the lady from yesterday that was staring at Kaden dumbfounded and drooling.
He wondered why he or Kaden never recognized her that yesterday, even hwne Kaden stared back at her or why she never behaved the way she behaved yesterday because he could clearly remember that she was dumbstruck by Kaden's look and there was no recognition in her eyes but today he felt that she recognized him and it was not about yesterday's incident.
Still seeing the way she was looking st him Kaden decided to leave there before he would blow up and it's not going to end in a good way.
He walked away with derrick following behind him " what is she doing here?" He asked.
"She's among those who applied for the interview yesterday" derrick answered.
" Really huh...." He smirked " Make her my personal secretary, let me see what her next motive is " he said to derrick.
Shocked, derrick looked at him and said " You want to make her your personal secretary" he sighed" What if she's here to finish what she started a thousand year ago" he asked.
"The more reasons we need to keep her close and we need to use her to find out where the witches are hiding right now... surprising enough I haven't encountered witches since then and it make me feels like there something cooking up that we aren't aware of" Kaden said In one breath.
"Yeah....I think you're right " derrick said. Something immediately clicked in Derrick's head and he said " Clara's been making a fuss lately because you're not agreeing to meet up with her ".
' Humans ' Kaden thought and kept silent to what derrick said.
When they both passed the receptionist and we're walking towards Kaden's private elevator they came across Christy.
" Good morning sir and hello to you derrick " Christy said.
Kaden just gave her a nod and kept silent while walking away when he stopped and turned around only to be bumped by derrick and he gave him a hard glare which make derrick mouthed him an apology.
He turned and saw Christy still standing in her where she was when he oassiher by and called out to her " Christy".
Christy wondered what it was this morning that Kaden called out to her even when the company wasn't facing any serious issues and she prayed silently wishing that he'll just forgot he ever called her name this morning and leave but some prayers are never answered.
"The interns for the interview yesterday" Kaden asked and Christy wondered what it was, he's annoyed with it but he still continued " An Intern named kira" he asked wondering if Christy would recognize the name but she just looked at him confuse.
Seeing the confusion on her face he didn't wait for a reply and ordered her " Send the name and profile of all those who had an interview yesterday to my office right away " saying that he walked away.
"Okay sir" Christy replied even though he wasn't standing and waiting for her reply.

Aria walked into to company building and stood there watching everywhere when she located the receptionist center and walked over there.
She walked over the receptionist only to overhear the two receptionist gossiping " Oh my gosh....I can sear that the ceo looked at me while passing " she gushed and her assistant replied her " because he looked at you and you're behaving this way, you know what happened to bella right " the receptionist with the name tag on her right chest said.
Aria wondered who the man was that could make the receptionist lady behaving like this and her mind drift off to the man she met this morning, jus thick eyebrows, his soft plump lips that would be kissable and his eyes and she wondered if this CEO they were talking about could be compared to the beauty God that she saw.
Aria felt her cheeks heating up and she realized that she had been thinking of thatan instead of focusing on her job ' look at me, thinking about a man that hates me ' she thought.
' focus Aria focus!' she whispered to herself and cleared her throat for the receptionist that were lost in their wold of gossip.
"Hi" she said and the receptionist that was daydreaming about the CEO looked at her arrogantly for cutting short her happy moments.
"Am sorry for disturbing you but am new to the job and I need directions please" she said in her sift voice.
The receptionist looked at her from head to wherever her eyes could stop and said " You're new here".
" Yes" Aria answered.
The receptionist looked around and saw Christy and directed Aria over to Christy " You see that lady over there, go to her and she'll be the one to attend to you" .
" Thank you" Aria said and left.
