Believed to act with Lucifer's will, they oversee all continental commands. Rarely seen by ordinary soldiers.

Information Control: High-ranking personnel can request and access lower-ranked individuals' Information Boards. However, access is limited by classification.
Modes:
Citizen Mode – Default state for civilians.
Personnel Mode – Unlocked upon military enlistment. Grants access to combat applications and command features.

A projected HUD (holographic user display) containing either:

While the Pangaea Protection Army (PPA) serves as the primary force defending humanity from monster attacks, demonic incursions, and the ongoing effort to reclaim lands overrun by demons, its responsibilities stretch far beyond the battlefield.
