Liliya took a moment to sense her power and then reverted to her original form. At this point, she wore a simple dress, making her look like a girl-next-door type.
Originally, she wouldn't have worn something like this. But Takumi had complained that her green outfit was getting boring, saying she needed something fresh. Then, without asking, he designed her a whole new set of clothes—this one.
Takumi sat in the garden with Liliya. As for walking around the city, Liliya wasn't interested. Now that she had come to this world, all she wanted was to stay by Takumi's side. As for Velier, someone else would take care of that. She didn't have to worry.
Takumi, after all, was now the closest person to her.
As they sat together, Takumi had his AI begin handling administrative matters for Velier—like issuing identity cards for everyone.
Once everything was arranged, Takumi turned to Liliya.

Liliya nodded. "Okay!" She always listened to Takumi.

Just as she finished speaking, Miori Shiba arrived—along with Eucliwood and Seraphine. When they arrived and saw Takumi sitting with Liliya, they paused in surprise.
Liliya also noticed them—especially when she saw Eucliwood.
In an instant, she was on alert.
"Eucliwood Hellscythe!"
Instinctively, she called out her full name.
"Calm down," Takumi said with a sidelong glance.
Hearing his words, Liliya instantly shrank back.
"Sorry..."
She backed down fast. The queenly dominator had just turned into a submissive kitten.
Takumi nodded and motioned for Miori Shiba and the others to sit.
Miori Shiba and Eucliwood both looked at Liliya. Miori Shiba's face was a bit odd—what had Takumi done to make even a queen so obedient?
Eucliwood also seemed surprised. This Queen of Velier... really obeyed Takumi?
"Nice to meet you! I'm Miori Shiba," she said with a smile, observing Liliya. She knew Eucliwood's world well enough to understand the significance.
"Nice to meet you..." Liliya replied softly. She was a bit shy around strangers.
"It's been a while, Liliya Lilith," Eucliwood added.
"Yeah... it has," Liliya replied. "Takumi... I'll go handle those things now. You guys go ahead and talk."
After briefly greeting Eucliwood, she quickly vanished. She wasn't comfortable chatting in front of others, so she made a retreat.
Takumi didn't say much about it.
After she left, Miori Shiba was quick to ask, "What did you do to her??"
She just couldn't help herself.
Takumi laughed lightly. "Something adorable."
Miori Shiba blinked in confusion.
Something adorable?
What did that mean?
"Forget it. Not going to pry," she muttered. "So how are you handling things over there? Velier is merged in now, and there are so many people."
Takumi clearly had no intention of elaborating, so she dropped it.
Saint Empress was completely stunned when she heard about the merger. Dozens of billions of people had suddenly appeared—and they were all magical girls?

She had always thought magic was off-limits for someone like her.
Takumi's face was full of question marks.
"Who told you espers can't use magic? Did you read some weird setting or something?"
That made no sense to him.
"Uh... isn't that how it usually goes?" Miori Shiba scratched her head.
"If I say you can, then you can. Besides, you're already part of the chat group. Your body's been assimilated. Even if you couldn't use it before, now you can."
"Besides, there's no such restriction in the first place. Now go on—transform."
Takumi rolled his eyes and handed her the fan.
Taking it, Miori Shiba asked curiously, "So... what abilities does this have? And what's the chant?"
Every magical girl had special powers, right? And some sort of transformation phrase?
"It just boosts your abilities. What else do you want? It enhances your esper skills, turning you from weakling to pro."
"As for the chant? It's super simple: 'Henxin!! Mahou Shoujo~!'"
Takumi didn't bother making up anything complicated. The chant was just for ceremony—it didn't actually matter.
He could assign a weird chant if he wanted, but he didn't feel like it.
Miori Shiba twitched at the corners of her mouth.
What a lazy chant.
Was he just winging it?
Could she just transform without it?
"Can we skip the chant?"
It felt a little too embarrassing for her.

Takumi was firm.

But it looked good on her.
