The council's first meeting in the new Heaven was slowly coming to an end. The mood was high and light-hearted. Suddenly there was a knock on the door, and Raquel went to open it. Molly and Cas entered the conference room and had a nervous look in their eyes. Everyone got quiet, and Samantha came to stand next to Alexander. He looked at the two a little puzzled and asked:
"What can I do for you guys?"
Molly held a card in her hands and said:
"You wanted to see us, MyLord. This card says:
"Come to the council chamber NOW!"
Casiel and Molly could not judge him for a moment. The short direct message on the card was not of his usual doings. His face was dead serious, and in his eyes, they could read nothing. He pretended to suddenly remember why he had sent for them.
"Ah yes, that's right. Question: If you could choose a favorite color, but you could only choose between sky blue and rose, which would you choose?"
Molly answered without thinking:
"Sky blue."
While Cas said at the exact same moment:
"Pink."
He looked at them piercingly for a few seconds before saying:
"I have an assignment for you."
He manifested a piece of paper and slid it in their direction:
"I have commandeered this property for a young couple. It is the first real home on Terra Nova, along with Azi and Anthony's cottage. The couple will move in as early as tonight. However, they have newborn twins, a girl and a boy. I want you to go to that property and get the baby's room in order so the little family can feel at home."
Suspiciously, Molly took the piece of paper from the table and asked:
"Isn't this something better done by the people from BAM?"
He shook his head and said firmly:
"No!"
The two didn't quite understand why he was suddenly so short with them. Casiel said softly:
"Will get it right, MyLord."
"Good, I'll expect a report from you when it's done. Not a second's delay! You guys come to the beach house immediately, understood?"
Casiel landed with Molly in her arms in a little garden in front of a cottage that looked like the one Molly had lived in with her grandmother in the old Heaven. They found this whole situation getting stranger and stranger. Molly opened the front door and stepped into the house with Cas. Both got big eyes when they noticed that their own furniture and personal belongings were in the house. Not understanding what was going on, they strolled a bit through the downstairs of the home until they saw a large basket on the coffee table. The basket had a rose and sky-blue bow on the handle. The basket was filled with all kinds of goodies for newborn babies. On top, they saw an envelope and immediately recognized Alexander's handwriting. Even stranger was that the letter was addressed to both of them. Cas signaled Molly to open the letter so they could read it, which she promptly did.
"My dear Molly and Casiel,
Upstairs next to the master bedroom, there is a room that would be perfect to set up as a nursery. I hope you will be able to manifest other things besides stuff with which to stir things up. Evi and Fuzzie will bring the babies to you soon. So no loitering, and get to work, chop chop.

While reading, their eyes had grown bigger and bigger. The message slowly began to sink in, and the two flew into each other's arms, crying with joy. After a few minutes of standing like this, Molly said:
"Cas, sweetie, I think we'd better get to work."
Casiel nodded vigorously and giggled a little:
"Yeah, because knowing Alex, he absolutely means that about that report and no second of delay."
Commotion at the BBQ
Alex and his circle were enjoying the BBQ and the company. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw an Angel running into the garden and recognized it as one of Rae Rae's people. He noticed right away that the Angel fired a prayer toward Azrael and saw that she got a hard expression on her face. She stood up and made sure she was with the Angel in no time. The two were talking for a while, and suddenly the Angel burst into tears, and Rae Rae took her in an embrace. He heard Sam's voice:
"What could be going on there, love?"
"No idea, honey, but I guess we better figure it out."
They stood up and excused themselves at the table and walked toward the two who now had each other in an embrace. Alex fired off a prayer toward Rae Rae:
"Rae Rae, my office, please."
She turned her head in his direction and now he saw that Azrael too had tears on her cheeks. Half a minute later they were in his office and Alex pointed to the sitting area. In a voice thick with emotion, Azrael said:
"Alex, Sam this is Sinael from my group."
He nodded and manifested a large glass of water for the Angel. Sam said:
"Does this have to do with the problem we brought Linda in for?"
Rae Rae nodded. The other Angel took her glass of water and drank it greedily. Alex asked her softly:
"Hello Sinael, nice to meet you."
She nodded at him and he and Sam clearly saw her swallow a few times. Samantha asked:
"Can we maybe help?"
The Angel looked at Rae Rae, who squeezed her hand encouragingly. Almost whispering, she said:
"MyLord, MyLady it's terrible. I had to collect the souls of two newborn babies, twins, a girl and a boy. The mother had just left them to die on Earth because she didn't want the babies."
The Angel burst into sobs again and leaned on Rae Rae's shoulder for a moment. Both Alexander and Samantha suddenly had a very bad taste in their mouths. They quickly manifested a glass for each and chugged it down. They let the Angel recover for a moment after which Alex asked:
"I take it that the babies cannot be placed with relatives here in heaven?"
The Angel only shook her head for a moment.
"You placed them in the dimension to be taken with us?"
This time she only nodded. Samantha and Rae Rae looked at him and found it particularly odd that after a few seconds, he had a warm smile on his lips. This was not exactly news to be happy about. He said softly:
"Sinael, I have an assignment for you."
The Angel looked up with a not understanding look and he continued:
"I want you to dry those tears of yours and then go find someone to bring as a guest. I want you to enjoy our party today but above all I want you not to say anything about this to anyone. And I'm going to tell you why. Those babies are only going to stay in the dimension for a very short time. Tomorrow afternoon they are going home to their parents."
Now three of them were looking at him not understanding at all. Samantha asked softly:
"Love, what do you mean go home?"
He looked at her smiling and asked cryptically:
"Who do we know whose favorite colors are sky blue and pink?"
Suddenly it became clear to her what he was up to and she fell around his neck to give him a catchy kiss. Sinael couldn't follow very well and neither could Rae Rae. The Angel asked softly:
"MyLord?"
"Don't worry Sinael those kids are going to go to perfect parents once we get to Terra Nova. By now you know who Casiel is and the human soul that can't be gotten away from her with sticks, Molly?"
Like all Angels, she had absolutely caught on to the existence of the two. She nodded gently and then it dawned on her what Alexander was up to. Against all protocol, she jumped right up and flew toward Alexander who gladly took her in his arms. A few seconds later it dawned on poor Angel what she had done. She turned deathly pale, got big eyes and her mouth hung wide open. Alexander found it quite comical and said:
"You can hug quite nicely Sinael."
Samantha and Rae Rae had to giggle and Sam pressed a big kiss on Angel's cheek.
The two had barely finished in the baby's room when there was a knock on the door. Both suddenly felt their hearts pounding in their throats and quickly took another look at their work. The room was perfect as they had desired. Half rose and half sky blue. They flew downstairs and Casiel pulled open the front door. With a gentle smile, Fuzzie and Evi stood there waiting each with some sort of basket in their hands. They were almost dragged inside by Molly. When the girls looked into the baskets they saw two babies sleeping peacefully. One dressed in sky blue the other baby in soft rose. They looked at the babies as if enchanted and Casiel asked almost unintelligibly:
"What are their names?"
Fuzzie replied softly:
"They are waiting for you to give them names little sister."
He and Evi gently made their way out because it was abundantly clear that Casiel and Molly had no attention for anything but the babies right now. At the door, he said:
"Don't forget girls, the boss is expecting a report from you."
A large table had been manifested on the beach generously covered with food and drinks for the full inner circle. Everyone was in a particularly good mood. The first day had gone perfectly and now they were waiting in full excitement for the arrival of Molly and Casiel. Of course, Alex had made sure that Sinael could be there as well. Suddenly the two girls appeared on the beach each with a baby on their arm. The whole troop fell silent and stood up. Casiel and Molly came to stand in front of Samantha and Alexander. He put an arm around Sam as he sensed she was becoming very emotional. Casiel said:
"MyLady, MyLord thank you for this blessing you have given us."
She handed the little girl to Alex and said:
"May I introduce you, this beautiful little girl is Yara."
Molly handed the little boy to Samantha and said:
"And this beautiful boy is Balder."
Both seemed momentarily enchanted by the babies in their arms and when Alex spoke the lump in his throat was clearly audible:
"Two beautiful babies for two Heavenly mothers. And yes their names are fitting princess and prince."
He pressed a gentle kiss on the babies' heads and then kissed the two brand-new mothers as well. He and Sam turned slightly so everyone could see the children and he said:
"If we should ever doubt why we should do all this just think of this moment. Then think of Yara, Balder, Sarah, Elise, David, Robert, Beatrice, Jasmine, and Maila. Ladies and gentlemen, The future is now!"
