Once realizing the children only needed rest now, Josh decided to go get the three monster boar crystals. He was very distracted thinking about the girl's power. It had a lot of energy inside of it, so did the boys. They both seemed special. Both of their powers were at the level of six. And they have some sort of sub ability inside of them, that he couldn't figure out and on top of that, he could not figure out the girl's power, he could feel the energy, it was bright, calm and soft. so he tried moving it around his body.
He could tell it was doing something to his body. At first she couldn't tell what. That was until he moved it up towards his mouth and he felt a pain. spitting, blood came out and was dripping to the ground. And that's when he realized his teeth that he had pulled when he was twentyfive, had just grown back. He was born with weak teeth and did not take care of them but now they were back and they felt stronger than ever. It was a regeneration power. "The girl must have been out of power and that's why she didn't heal herself " he said to himself" how long were they fighting those boars"
After a moment of sadness Josh started softly laughing and then he broke out into a hysterical laugh. Probably the most important power so far. now he would be able to heal much faster. He was ecstatic. He decided to go check on the children.
After entering back in to the Earth dome he saw the boy was awake, checking on his sister who was still sleeping. " Thank you for saving us" Without even looking at Josh, he spoke. " We have been struggling for a long time. They ran us out of are village. They believed we were the reason the monsters attacked. It's not fair I can't protect my sister out in the open." After speaking the boy broke down crying but he managed to say one more thing. " I'm Toga and this is Togy..l
Josh felt horrible. he regretted trying to help the village. But should he just let them die because they're scared. No he can't. He will still help them before leaving. After a long pause Josh spoke." I will help you if you do not wish to go back to your village. Or if they won't let you ,you can stay at my small community. You will be taken care of. "
The boy was ecstatic he stopped crying" thank you so much Mister. what's your name."
"I'm Josh" he replied. " Get a little more rest I'm going to head out and take out the rest of the monsters. think about what you want to do for when I get back." Josh then left the Earth dome and closed the opening behind him. " I hope everything works out well" he thought as he continued toward the next group of monsters.
He had already taken out all the lower level monsters. so now he would go for the strongest that was left around. It was at least level seven. The strongest monster energy he had seen so far.
As he approached close to the monster he saw it shape. It was like a giant Komodo dragon with black spikes six arms and grey scaly skin. It was eating a deer. Josh decided a surprise attack would be best. Boosting the fire power to level seven l, he created a condensed fireball like he had done before. When he was ready he launched it at the monster. The monster turned his head as it reached him in the condensed fireball smashed into its face and exploded. There was a loud war and then silence. And then two red dots in the smoke. When the smoke cleared the Komodo dragon monster was beaming at Josh with two red eyes. It started snarling. It was barely hurt and it was pissed.
The monster slashed his tail across the ground sending debri at Josh. Just in time, Josh was able to activate his strength power to the fullest, so he was able to take the blow with minimal damage. Just a few scrapes. But as Josh caught his bearings, he saw some of the black spikes, detaching from the monster and shooting towards him. He wasn't fast enough and able to dodge all of them. several sliced right through causing major damage. She had at least eight new holes in his body
Josh was completely stunned he didn't know what to do he thought he was careful.
The dragon monster began to charge at Josh. Josh decided to try the boys power. Putting all this power into it, he used his new repel power blasting a wave of blue repelling energy. And it worked. The monster was pushed back and sent rolling.
Using this time Josh activated the new regeneration power and put all his power into it and within a second he was completely healed. The dragon was still rolling but there was a problem. Josh used up seventy percent, of his power already. "This monster is too tough it would be hard to get a killing blow." He thought to himself" and if I take another blow like that I might not be able to heal all the way. Maybe I should run till I can come up with a plan". But that's when he realized the monster was getting up .
As the monster Rose it began to run at Josh, then jumping for a headbut.
At the same time Josh activated the speed power to the max. Then jumped out of the way just in time. Causing the monster to slam threw a few trees confusing it's self. Josh used this time to run but before he could make it ten meters, thee spikes sliced threw his leg. The monster had sent out a dozen in its confusion.
Josh immediately switched to the regeneration power and healed. Once Josh was to his feet, so was the monster. It again charged at Josh. " So this is it. This is how my story ends. How sad ." He thought to himself as he activated his strength power as high as he could, only being level seven with his current power. " I will atleast fight till the end."
But before the monster could reach Josh, a fist covered in explosive blue energy smashed into the monsters face and sent it sliding across the ground smashing threw more trees. Landing next to Josh was Toga the little boy. " I heard the dragons roar and knew you might need some help. He is strong. But don't worry we got this." Toga said as Togy walked up next to him grabbing each other's hand." I don't know what you did to refill our energy but when you did, something happened and we feel stronger then ever. This didn't work last time but it just might this time."
Before Josh could speak or the monster could rise. The children began to Glow. The boy a bright blue and the girl bright pink. Using there free hands they brought them close a few feet away from each other. Forming in between them was a omni color ball of energy. It then grew to the size of a car." Twin energy explosion ball." They screamed in unison, as they launched the energy ball.
As the monster looked up it saw the ball but there was nothing it could do. As it made contact the dragon it exploded,
After the debris had settled the monster Rose and fell several times. A large number of its scales were missing and several of its limbs. Using his purple eyes Josh knew he had to finish the monster off quickly. He quickly grabbed his great sword off his back and using momentum ran straight sending the sword into a scaleless part of the dragon's head ending it.
Looking back at the children Josh noticed they had passed out again" not again" he thought. Struggling he carried them back to the Earth cage which had a portion of its wall missing from where toga must have broken out.
After putting them back on the tables he stepped out and closed the Earth dome again. He could not let the monsters treasures go to anyone else. He immediately walked up to the closest tree, using his main power stole its Life energy. It only took a few seconds with his current level which had increased again during the flight with the monster dragon. It was now at level eight. After absorbing Three trees he had half of his power back." That should be enough" he thought as he headed towards the monster's direction" I still feel bad for taking the life of those trees but I feel they would understand."
Reaching the monster there was no one in sight. He used his special eyes to make sure just in case. He was clear.
Starting he removed the monster Stone, after finding it with his eyes . To his surprise he could tell it was at level seven plus. He could tell it's level because with his eyes. he saw the seven layers of power, along with the extra boost on top which was the Plus. (The government had a machine to see this. And possibly others). It wasHis strongest Crystal he would use it for a weapon. " I need a stronger offense I will consider my options and make a weapon". After putting the crystal in his pocket, he began to use his sword to cut all the remaining scales off the monster, he would try to make armor with them. They were sick and very hard to remove, but thanks to his strength and speed powers he completed it in a half hour.
After removing all the scales Josh realized he did not have anything to carry them with. "Of course think about this after. I could have just dragged the monster closer and did it by the boat." He decided to quickly bury the scales. Just deep enough that nobody would spot them if they happened to pass by.
He then headed for the boat. Once he reached the location he rose it from the ground and climbed aboard, and headed towards the scales. Upon arriving there was three men with shovels digging where the scales were. They had already pulled a few up. Once they noticed the boat landing they all took a few steps back. They were all at least in their forties. Scruffy looking with scars all over.
One of the men stepped towards Josh as he got out of the boat. He began to speak but Josh cut him off and said" why are you trying to steal my scales you had to have seen me bury them or there's no way you would know" the man replied we did see you bury them but we saw how strong they were and we thought we could use them more than you could. The way you were carving that strong monster, just let us have them. "
Josh didn't even say anything he just raised his right hand with three fingers sticking out. Activating his fire powers three balls of fire, began to grow in front of his three fingers. Before the fireballs could get any bigger the three men screeched and ran away.
Josh laughed for a moment and then retrieved the scales loading them into the trunk on his boat. " Safe and secu.. boom " Josh Josh was cut off by a loud bang and then a bullet ripping through his shoulder he dove into the boat he used his earth powers to create an earth dome around it. After please switch powers and He began to heal himself, as he heard multiple loud bangs hitting the Earth dome. It was taking damage but it would need to take a lot more before breaking.
