[ Queen Mansion, Star City ]
Not knowing that she was being targeted by another villain boss, Thea stayed at home for three days, under the pretext of healing her inner trauma, appearing depressed but actually happy on the inside.
Through the computer in her room, she checked the general structure of this world. There was no Captain America, no Iron Man, no S.H.I.E.L.D., only Superman, Batman and the LexCorp. This result gave Thea a headache. This was obviously a DC universe. She was really unfamiliar with the situation here. She only remembered that there were many parallel universe, such as Earth 1, Earth 2, and Earth 52. There was no structure in this world! The Central City next to her own Star City was almost pierced into a sieve by those Flashes. A brick could kill three visitors from parallel universe. Even if a DC screenwriter came here, he would be at a loss.
She sighed. She didn't plan to save the world anyway. She just wanted to be a quiet handsome man—no, a beautiful woman! She'd just watch the heroes save the world silently. If the sky fell, there was Superman to hold it up, right? If Superman couldn't hold it up, there was Flash to reload the game. She had nothing to fear. After all, she wouldn't be the only one to die if the world was destroyed. She was very calm.
"Thea, come to the dinner party with mom, just to keep me company," Moira Queen said with a miserable look on her face.
Looking at the kind look in her mother's eyes, Thea felt a little sad. In the past three days, Moira kept explaining in her ear, hoping that she could forgive her. With her deliberate adjustments, their relationship had gradually come out of the shadows—at least Moira thought so.
She had been a little bored staying in the house for three days, so she took the opportunity to go out for a walk and see what benefits her biological father could give her. In the original timeline, because of Tommy's death, Merlyn devoted all his heart and soul to Thea. Now Tommy was alive and well. Although he had lost weight because of Laurel's daily exploitation, at least he was still alive. It was impossible for Merlyn to care for her wholeheartedly, but there would be some expression of affection!
In order to comfort Moira and reassure her, Thea did not wear her usual neutral outfit, but gritted her teeth and changed into a long skirt that covered her feet. She tried high heels, but couldn't walk at all, so she had to change into a pair of flat shoes. Fortunately, she had a pair of long shoes, and she still looked like a graceful beauty.

[ Charity Hall, Star City ]
The mother and daughter arrived at the venue together. It was a very ordinary charity dinner. Moira kept introducing various wealthy businessmen and high-ranking officials to Thea. Thea hadn't yet found her future development direction, but it was better to have money than to have no money. Even if Oliver came back in the future, he had no interest in the family business. Perhaps in his heart, his family was also a part of the sin. Taking over Queen Consolidated was a more important task for her at present. The Queen's weapons research and development department was no less than Batman's Wayne Enterprises. The Atom's battle suit was also successfully developed after acquiring the weapons R&D wing of Queen Consolidated.
Call it ambition or aspiration—power in one's own hands was real power. She had changed from a man to a woman. Surely God wouldn't object to her making such a great sacrifice and getting a company as compensation, right?
Following Moira's introductions, Thea greeted everyone appropriately, showing her good family education and upbringing. In the original timeline, Thea was able to serve as Oliver's mayoral assistant, which showed she was very capable.
Looking at the full house of guests, she wondered how many people's names were written in the Green Arrow's notebook. That notebook was very special. In theory, it was the diary of Oliver's biological father and Thea's adoptive father, Robert Queen. It should have been unique, but strangely, Moira also had a notebook, and Prometheus in Season 5 was also suspected to have a name list diary.
Moreover, each diary was almost the same size and had the same logo on the cover—a city subway map. Could it be that Merlyn went to the Red Star Printing Factory to order a batch of diaries and gave one to each member in order to maintain organizational consistency?
The tragic Oliver thought it was a huge secret that he had kept hidden for five years until the beginning of the story when he discovered that many members had it!
While sighing for her poor older brother, another one came to greet her. "Hey, Thea, you haven't come out to meet me in two days. I heard you were sick?"
The only person who could speak to her like that was Tommy—and indeed, he wasn't a stranger but her brother. Tommy didn't take this so-called dinner seriously at all. He walked in casually in a laid-back suit, no tie, white shirt half unbuttoned, with Laurel on his arm, who was dressed formally, carrying a shoulder bag and a necklace.
Seeing the two of them being so intimate without paying attention to the environment, Thea suddenly realized that Tommy was subtly signaling that he wasn't interested in her and hoped she wouldn't hurt their friendship. He wanted her to back down.
It seemed Merlyn hadn't told him the truth? Or had he just not gone home and stayed with his friend's ex-girlfriend every day? Thea really wanted to grab his collar and yell, "Brother, you think too much. I was just acting. Do you understand what I'm doing?"
But of course, she couldn't say that. What expression should she have now? Now that she knew the truth officially, should she express regret for what Tommy thought she felt? Sadness? Annoyance?
Tommy was so anxious his scalp was about to explode. He looked at Thea nervously, afraid she'd suffer a mental breakdown from his rejection. Fortunately, someone next to him understood the situation. Laurel, who grew up with Tommy and Oliver, had always wavered between the two of them, so she was very familiar with their sister/friend Thea. What she didn't know was that no matter whom she chose in the end, Thea would still be her sister-in-law. This was truly a magical plot.
Laurel gave Thea a generous hug, which eased the awkward atmosphere. The two women exchanged some meaningless pleasantries.
Thea was a little confused about Oliver's so-called one true love—the future Black Canary, his official partner. Oliver loved her so much that he held onto her photo for five years. This relationship should've been stronger than gold, right? But in those five years, Oliver had slept with almost every woman he met. Was this the right way to express true love?
And Laurel—this woman—had taken Tommy five years to finally win her over, only for her to sway back toward Oliver the moment he returned to Star City. They chatted casually, had sex by the window, and didn't even bother drawing the curtains. Tommy saw them from outside. Enraged and heartbroken, their friendship was completely overturned.
Her brother's interstellar charm had broken through the atmosphere. Thea decided not to get involved in their mess. If she had the ability to save Tommy at a critical moment in the future, she would ensure that their three-way war lasted until the end of the world! Would it be more exciting if Laurel's sister Sara also got dragged into the mix too? A four-way war? Would Green Arrow be so discouraged he'd decide to spend the rest of his life with Tommy?
How disgusting! Thea had just imagine a rather unsavoury image and almost puked. She quickly said "Talk to you later." to the two of them and walked aside to take a rest.
