Synopsis
Inspired by the manga and anime Blue Lock, Project Blanquirroja isn’t about easy goals—it’s about total revolution. Gael Vargas Cortés doesn’t want to fix Peruvian soccer. He wants to destroy it. He wants to tear down its rotten foundations, crush the mediocrity disguised as talent, and from the ashes, create something never seen before. He isn’t looking to mold the next great striker. He’s building the greatest eleven the world has ever seen. A team feared for its strategy, respected for its discipline, and beloved for its style of play. But his radical vision will clash with a system drowning in egos, corruption, and empty promises. Can Gael impose his philosophy on a country that loves soccer… but has forgotten how to play it? This isn’t just a soccer story. This is a war for the future of a nation. Welcome to Project Blanquirroja.

Chapter 1 - PROLOGUE

Soccer. The beautiful game.

A simple sport: eleven versus eleven.

And yet, the spotlight always shines on the same place—the strikers.

Legends like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have dominated the world, leaving the other ten players—just as essential—in the shadows.

But of course, soccer is won with goals… and goals bring glory.

What few understand is that a goal isn't just the work of the scorer's talent—it's born from the invisible effort of those who build the play.

Once, I heard a phrase that stuck with me:

"Peruvians love soccer… but soccer doesn't love Peruvians."

And nothing could be truer.

How many "young talents" have left the country with dreams of glory… only to return defeated, tails between their legs?

It's not that they're bad.

They're… mediocre.

They think they're stars the moment they step onto other South American leagues, never even touching the top five leagues in the world.

Indiscipline, vices, and the infamous ampays destroy those once called "the future of the national team."

And as if that weren't enough, the leaders—those who should protect and elevate our soccer—do nothing.

Blind. Complicit. Corrupt.

Mediocre, every last one of them.

That's why I made a decision:

I will destroy Peruvian soccer. And then, I will rebuild it.

Not by creating the best striker in the world…

But by forging the greatest eleven the world has ever seen.

This is:

PROJECT BLANQUIRROJA.
