[The answer was predictable!]
[Baby Joshua is so adorable. Adonis is a loving father—it's only natural that he left the entertainment industry for Joshua.]
[Haha, what a load of nonsense. If Adonis left the entertainment industry, what else would he have gone? Most idol actors nowadays probably don't even have a high school diploma. How could someone who used to be famous live an ordinary life? So fake!]
[Life is tough for some people—no matter what Adonis says, he'll always be nitpicked.]
[Exactly. The haters never leave him alone. They're like parasites!]
The comments section quickly turned into World War III. Keywords related to Adonis and the show [Me and My Mini] increased in popularity.
[Can the adult fans and anti-fans please leave? I watch this show to admire the cute babies and feel healed—not to see you all brawling!]
[Right? Coming here to argue ruins the vibe.]
Eventually, the VVIP members of the show voiced their outrage, demanding that the program ban overly aggressive users from the chat. Only then did the fight die down—or, more accurately, migrate elsewhere.
The comment section finally calmed down a bit.
Unlike the adult fans and haters, the fans of the show focused solely on the children. And at this point, it was undeniable that Joshua was the top attention-grabber.
Even during the earlier chaos, praise for Joshua flashed in the chat.
The Q&A session ended, and Adonis and Joshua could finally enjoy peace.
This was the first time Joshua had been away from home since arriving—maybe even the first time in his life.
Before, Papa always said the outside world was dangerous and full of deceitful people, so he never allowed Joshua to go out alone. Papa was usually busy with work, rarely having the time to take Joshua out to play.
Joshua had always looked forward to the day he'd grow up and be able to go out. He never expected that day would come so soon.
He stared out the car window, his mint-colored eyes twinkling like a sky full of stars, brimming with curiosity about everything around him.
Adonis kept his gaze lowered on the little boy, the gentleness in his eyes almost overflowing—sending fans into a frenzy.
[Baby Joshua seems super curious about the world outside. Could it be that he doesn't get to go out much?]
[Of course not—his dad's been hiding his existence, haha.]
[Maybe baby Joshua is just a bit playful.]
[He's just too cute. How can someone have such beautiful eyes?]
[These two look like they came from the same mold. Double the visuals!]
The car soon arrived at the filming location.
Along the way, Adonis had felt the road looked vaguely familiar. And when he got out and saw the grand, luxurious castle before him, his gaze darkened slightly—perhaps even a bit cold.
[Whoa, that was scary haha.]
[Maybe even someone as famous as Adonis didn't expect the filming location to be the Blue Moon Castle, haha.]
[Is it just me, or is baby Joshua's reaction normal? It feels like he was way more amazed by the scenery outside than this castle.]
[It's normal. Kids don't understand what wealth and luxury mean yet.]
[Baby Joshua looks so well-behaved—adorable.]
The production crew quickly led Adonis into the castle. Even though the castle's interior had already been shown on screen, it still left viewers in awe again.
The castle was incredibly vast. The path leading inside was already long, and the lake in front of the castle was surrounded by flowers and greenery, shimmering brilliantly under the sunlight with a faint rainbow arching across it.
Deeper inside was the garage, and even from afar, the sheer value of the tightly packed luxury cars was apparent. Now left here to collect dust, these expensive cars made onlookers want to bite their sleeves in frustration—rich people's pleasures were beyond comprehension.
There were even more scenes the crew couldn't capture on camera. By this point, Adonis was already carrying Joshua into the castle.
Two guest pairs were already seated on the sofa, while another pair was nowhere to be seen. Adonis arrived last, yet he remained calm and unhurried.
As for Joshua's little mind was entirely focused on protecting his papa. He was highly alert and not shaken or frightened by the surroundings.
Don't be silly—Joshua had lived in Papa's temple. One of the columns in that temple was twice the height of this entire castle, not to mention all the intricate and magnificent details. This castle was beautiful, but it still couldn't compare to Papa's divine temple.
The two prominent guests were chatting happily—at least, on the surface, they appeared to be.
They stood up to greet him when they saw Adonis walk in.
"Hello, it's so nice to see you here again, Adonis," said a woman around thirty with chestnut-brown hair and blue eyes. She smiled warmly at him.
Adonis recognized the woman—Layla, a senior in the entertainment industry. They had just worked on the same project, which had only recently wrapped up.
Layla had a reputation for being caring, never arrogant toward newcomers, and having a kind and gentle personality. She was well-liked by many.
Adonis nodded and replied, "Long time no see, Senior Layla."
"Hello, Adonis! I'm Lily. It's been so long—I missed you so much!" The young woman beside Layla suddenly spoke up as if she were especially close to him. She had a youthful face, golden-blonde hair, and blue eyes. She was fairly pretty and had an innocent air about her, but girls like her were a dime a dozen in the entertainment industry—her looks weren't particularly outstanding.
In the story's plot, the male lead and supporting characters fall for Lily because of her kindness and supposed charm.
Yes—she was the female lead of this world—Lily—the root of all Adonis's suffering.
Joshua was still looking at her, his eyes pure and expressionless, showing neither malice nor dislike. Though in the original plot, Lily was detestable, for now, she hadn't done anything wrong. The priority was ensuring Papa stayed away and never fell in love with her. As long as Lily kept her distance from Papa, it was fine.
Leo could almost read the innocent thoughts of his young master. Joshua didn't understand that things weren't that simple. The fragmented soul of Lord Adonis was trapped in these mini-worlds, and these mini-worlds were filled with energy from outer gods. Even in their weakened state, this foreign energy constantly "attacked" Adonis and influenced the so-called "main characters." No matter what, Lily would not change. She and Robert might already be connected!
Leo couldn't help but give a stern reminder:
[Lily is not a good person. She isn't even a real person—she's just a construct made from the energy of an outer god. She's dangerous. Do not give her any chance to get close to you or Lord Adonis, little master!]
