Jijimon and the mysterious creatures carry Lincoln and his friends, along with the eggs that came out of them, to a small village in the mountains and bring them inside a small house. Once they do, they lay out some sleeping mats, and lie the kids down on them.
"So, what are we going to do now, Jijimon?" asked Punimon.
"For now, we'll wait for them to wake up." said Jijimon. "Once they do, we can ask where they came from." Jijimon then has the other creatures leave the house so Lincoln and his friends can rest.
Soon, the sun goes down in the mysterious land and Lincoln and the others were still unconscious. Sometime during the middle of the night, the eggs that came out of the kids started to crack open. Hours later, the sun comes up, shining light into the house and into Lincoln's eyes, waking him up a little bit.
"Ugh; what happened?" Lincoln asked himself. As he opens his eyes a bit more, he sees a small, black creature with yellow eyes, along with two protrusions sticking out of the top of it sitting on his chest, looking him square in the eyes.
"Hi." said the creature. Lincoln lets out a yell of surprise, waking up his friends.
"Lincoln, keep it down." said Zach as he sits up and rubs his head. When he opens his eyes, he sees a creature that looked exactly like Pabumon sitting on his lap. "What the..." Everyone else starts to stir a bit.
"Just five more minutes." Rusty groans.
"Why didn't the rooster wake me up?" asked Liam as he starts rubbing his eyes. As Clyde opens his eyes, he sees a creature, similar to the one on Lincoln, sitting on his chest, looking him in the eyes.
"AUUGGHH!" shouts Clyde. When Rusty, Liam, and Stella wake up a bit more, they all see they had creatures sitting on them also. Liam had a creature similar to the one on Lincoln and Clyde; Rusty and Stella had Pabumons on them.
"What are these things?" asked Rusty.
"Are they aliens?" asked Zach.
"I don't know, but they're so cute!" said Stella as she cuddles the Pabumon that was on her. Clyde looks around.
"Where are we?" asked Clyde.
"How in tarnation did we get here?" asked Liam.
"Okay; last thing I remember my sisters were fighting, which is not out of the ordinary, we were on the computer after Lisa installed that new processor, then this green light comes out and then we literally started falling apart, and everything went black." said Lincoln as he looks at the black creature still on him.
"I'll check my device and see where we are." said Clyde as he reaches into his pocket for it, but when he does, he finds the strange device that came out of the egg that came out of him. "What's this thing?" Out of confusion, the others reach into their pockets for their devices and find ones similar to the one that Clyde found.
"What are these things?" asked Lincoln as he examines the device.
"I have no idea." said Zach. They all get up and walk over to the doorway that was covered by a curtain and open it with the creatures following after them; but before they could exit the building they were in; they hear a voice calling out to them.
"Greetings, human children." the voice said. The kids look to see Jijimon walking over to them.
"Uhhhh; hello, sir." said Lincoln.
"This guy really looks like he could use a haircut." said Rusty, making Stella elbow him in the ribs.
"That's not nice, Rusty." said Stella.
"Did you kids sleep well?" asked Jijimon.
"Yeah, I guess." said Lincoln.
"How did we get here?" asked Clyde.
"Well, after we found you in the Nigh Plains outside our village unconscious; my fellow Digimon and I brought you here." explained Jijimon.
"Digi-what?" asked Rusty.
"Digimon; it's short for 'digital monster'." said Jijimon.
"M-M-Monster?" replied Clyde.
"Don't worry young one." said Jijimon. "All the ones here are very friendly." Lincoln and his friends let out sighs of relief.
"That's good to know." said Zach.
"Was mighty kind of you to bring us here." said Liam. Lincoln feels something nuzzling his leg; he looks down to see the small black creature that was on him when he awoke nuzzling his leg.
"What is this...Digimon?" asked Lincoln.
"That would be a Botamon." replied Jijimon.
"And what's this little cutie called?" asked Stella, picking up Pabumon.
"That is a Pabumon." replied Jijimon.
"Where exactly are we?" asked Lincoln.
"You're in Floatia Village in the Digital World." said Jijimon.
"Digital World?" replied Lincoln.
"It's a world that exist in what you humans call 'cyberspace'." said Jijimon, surprising Lincoln and his friends.
"We're in cyberspace?!" exclaimed Lincoln.
"Yes." said Jijimon. "The question I would like an answer to is how did you all get here?"
"Well, it's like this..." said Lincoln before he explains what happened back at his house with Lisa's new processor.
"I'm guessing this 'processor' your sister invented somehow opened a hole between our two worlds and all of you were drawn through it." said Jijimon. Lincoln and his friends looked at each other with worry and concern.
"Oh man; what are we going to do?" asked Rusty.
"How are we going to get back home?" asked Stella.
"Lisa really did it this time." said Lincoln.
"My dads are going to be worried sick!" said Clyde.
"My parents are gonna be, too." said Stella.
"How can we contact them?" asked Zach. Jijimon looks at them with concern. A growling was suddenly heard from nearby, getting their attention.
"What was that?" asked Lincoln. They hear a bit more growling and see it was coming from Rusty's stomach.
"Sorry." said Rusty. "I haven't had dinner yesterday." Lincoln, Clyde, Zach, Liam, and Stella all feel a little hungry themselves.
"Seems like we're all a little hungry right now." said Lincoln.
"But what can we eat here?" asked Clyde.
"We have some food we are willing to share with you all." said Jijimon.
"Can we eat digital food?" asked Rusty. Lincoln then kneels down to the Botamon that was with him and rubs its head, feeling how warm and fuzzy it was.
"Well, I'm guessing that if I can feel something digital, then I'm guessing we can eat stuff that's digital too?" says Lincoln.
"I suppose that makes some sense." said Rusty.
"Well, let's grab you kids something to eat." said Jijimon. He leads Lincoln and his friends out of the building, followed by the Digimon. "By the way; I'm Jijimon; I may look like an elder male human, but I'm actually a Digimon also."
"Nice to meet you; I'm Lincoln Loud." said Lincoln.
"I'm Clyde McBride." said Clyde.
"I'm Rusty Spokes." said Rusty.
"I'm Liam Hunnicutt." said Liam.
"Zach Gurdle." said Zach.
"And I'm Stella Zhau." said Stella.
"Well, it's nice to meet all of you." said Jijimon. "Now please follow me." The kids then follow after Jijimon while the Digimon that they woke up with rode on their shoulders.
